This store is ran so well. I never have an issue. The shelves are full, the store is clean and the staff are always smiling willing to help. The only dollar general I go to! Brooke and Ashley are the best!

I work on an ambulance as an EMT and get posted in Goodrich regularly. So often times I go into the store for snacks, drinks, to use the bathroom, or even just to stretch my legs between calls. In all the times that I’ve been there the employees that work there have always been so nice and friendly to all their customers. The store is always clean and tidy and well organized. The cashiers are always helpful and will try to give you as much of a deal as they can whether be using the digital coupons or letting you know about the different sales that are going on. They are a little bit out of my normal beaten path, but I prefer to go to this Dollar General Than anyone in the entire Genesee County. Because of the cleanliness of the store and the friendliness of the employees that work there.

Absolutely love it here! I’m used to Dollar Generals not being kept up but this one is so clean. Everything is kept stocked and clean <3 the staff are all friendly and go out of their way to make your day better and make you smile. Also they have amazing fruits and produce unlike some other stores

I normally don’t write a review but what I experienced yesterday was jaw dropping. I was waiting in line with my daughter to check out and I was appalled by the behavior of another customer. Clearly the lady was having a bad day and taking out on the manager. The manager handled it like a champ and kept it professional even though you could tell she was uncomfortable with the situation. Kudos to the manager.

Absolutely love going into this store. Staff is always so friendly and more than willing to go above and beyond to help their customers, you really don’t see that at many DGs. Ashley and Kayla are always so bubbly and friendly and we love chatting with them when we stop in! Best dollar general around!

Store has gone down hill lately! There’s one employee that’s so mean to older customers that doesn’t understand the difference in a sale or digital coupon. Shame on her for treating people this way!

Cashier was very rude to the lady in line in front of me yesterday. Can’t get over that employees here are allowed to treat customers this way. Won’t be back to this Dollar General ever again because this is the second time the same cashier has been very rude and mean to customers for no reason

The store employees are awesome! So polite and helpful! However the area looks like a war zone. The landlord needs to be contacted to improve parking lot, street sign, landscaping, etc. I live here and the pride of the area is lacking!!!!!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. At about 7 am I made a pick up order. At about 9:40 am I arrived to pick up the order. Problem was, they had no idea there was an order! While I was there I received an email from Dollar General saying my order was going to be late. Obviously because the store never responded to the order. In fact the manager claimed I never made the order and no hold was placed on my debit card. When I proved those things did happen, she actually said, "Do you want to cancel your order and shop the order yourself?" Trying to stay calm, I asked "Can I use the money you have on hold?" NOPE! Going to take up to seven business days to unlock. So, if you want to shop where incompetent people run the shop, be my guest. I'll never shop there again.

Went to get toothpaste and paper towels. Talked with a young man from the same hometown I grew up in Monroe, Michigan.He was very friendly and nice. He greeted us as we came into the store. ?
