“I have only been to this location twice. I will tell you the ladies' working when I was there were Fantastic. Very patient and knowledgeable. I had to fax a very large document to the IRS. It took a while to finish. I felt as if I was wasting their time. No complaints from them. I had to pop back in another time since the IRS needed more paperwork. One of the ladies was helping another employee fax the document for me. She was very patient with him as well. I wish I had a couple employees like her working for me.”

“Overall, this has been one of my best experiences with an Estes terminal. Jennifer Seneski went above and beyond to help me get an order recon signed that we mislabeled. She quickly responded and followed up even when her terminal was no longer involved in the shipment. We ship anywhere from 275 to 320 LTL shipments a month with Estes so having experiences such as this really reconfirms that we are using the correct carrier for our LTL freight.
