Scheduled oil change was done. Booking the service online was easy and job was completed on time. Waited at the dealership and advisor was very courteous. I was made aware of additional services due based on my cars mileage but no hassle or pressure to do the extra service items from the advisor. I've been a customer here for over 30 years and have not once had a bad experience.

Overall Al Serra is a good deal ship experience but I do have some issues that keep recurring. 1.) when I get an oil change I want the little stick put back up in the windshield, very frustrating to have to go back in and have them print one off. 2.) Dealer inventory is back up and Al Serra needs to start honoring the Cadillac experience to provide a free loaner car if your appointment is longer than an hour.Those a just a few thoughts.

He will go above and beyond to help you get the vehicle you desire. Anthony is personable and approachable. been a nightmare regarding service we received. bought a cadillac here and it took over two weeks to get spare key, car wasn't cleaned properly, and now the last time we got an oil change, they didn't reset the oil life and when the tires were rotated they didn't reset the tire sensors to show proper location on car.... I have an issue with my driver side front tire and the sensors tell me that the rear passenger is the one that needs attention. Granted these are minor problems that are easily fixed, but here I am having to find out from a rep at discount tire that the sensors are wrong is ridiculous. I had to take a day off from work to get this fixed. the lack of professionalism and arrogant attitude they have in the service department is beyond ridiculous.

One of my tire’s air pressure drop suddenly while out running errands. I was near Serra Cadillac. The young man, who investigated the leak could hear the air escaping the tire. Steve Poduka came to the building and quickly replaced the leaking tire with a loaner and I was on my way! This AM, Steve came to my house and installed the repaired tire, calibrated the sensors, again very efficiently. Steve is absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, and an excellent commentator. He is the prime reason I do business with Serra Cadillac! The gentleman should be given a raise!

Steve showed up earlier than projected to change my flat tire. This was wonderful because I had a hungry three and four year old with me. The tire change was very fast. The tire was a regular tire instead of my spare, so I was able to drive the long distance I needed to go for work. Jim located my tire and rim protection plan and a new tire will be able to be put on my vehicle tonight. The tire replacement will happen at my house after work which is SO convenient. I am very pleased and thankful for the outstanding service.

James in service was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There was a glitch with the service appointment I scheduled through the My Cadillac app but James and team still got me in and out in a timely manner. Thanks for the great service!

I have purchased 4 new cars from Al Serra over the last 10 years and referred friends. I drive from Canton because it is always a no nonsense experience and I am always happy with my purchase.3 years ago, my wife wanted a black on black Yukon (during covid). I was told to come and pick up an XT6. I protested but I was told that if my wife didn't like it, bring it back. 36 months later, end of lease, we purchased. She loves it.Al Serra is a class A dealership.

My Escalade wouldn’t start, so I contacted Cadillac Roadside Service and Steve responded so quickly. I ended up getting my car jump started and made it home ok. The next day it wouldn’t start again and Steve came to my home to change out the battery. He was very friendly, responsive and so professional! He continued to check in to make sure everything was ok with my car. He made a frustrating situation into a very pleasant experience! Thank you!

Had my first oil change and 7500 mile inspection along with a tire rotation. The good part…they were quick to get us in. Vehicle returned with all the glove box contents thrown on the passenger side floor. When we checked tire pressure on ride home they were all over, 32 and 35 in front and 34 and 38 in the back. We told them about both items and they seemed uninterested in knowing. Not good service if they let a vehicle go back to the customer that way. My question is, what did they do to the vehicle while they had it if they thought it was ok to give it back to us that way.

Service person was informative. Unfortunately the part I needed to clear the service engine light is on back order so I did not receive any service. He did ask if I wanted them to wash my car. I had just washed it so I declined. But it was nice he offered

The experience of buying with our salesman was Great He went above and beyond to see us through to get the vehicle We wanted. I give 2 stars for the service related issues We bought a 2020 xt4 Cadillac A certified vehicle on top of a 6k extra out of our pocket warranty.Well The windshield had a Crack in it Prior to our purchase the Crack was spreading So It couldn't be Filled Even though They seem to have thought it could have I wasted over a hour for them to make what was a small Crack a hole, now They think We should pay $250.00 for a replacement That's with Them paying over half so the manager claims well I looked up the cost of a windshield For a 2020 XT4 and it's not 8-9 hundred dollars like he said it's anywhere from 2-5 hundred dollars. That's not Them paying MORE THAN HALF.From someone that has now purchased 2 vehicles from here and thought I'd only ever buy from here again I thought wrong because I will not Purchase another vehicle from here again. This is Not Only not Fair as a consumer but It's wrong.

Kelly is definitely an asset to your company. This was not the 1st dealership I went to. But with her personality and detail for getting things done in a very smooth process, I will be a returning customer. Kelly took her time to listen to me and help me get the perfect car and financing. She went a leap above to have everthing ready for me, so when I came in I signed the paperwork and was ready to take delivery of my new Cadillac with no hiccups!Again Kelly was so wonderful and knowledgeable it made buying a new car very comfortable. I have referred my neighbors and family to her when they are ready to buy a new vehicle.

This was my first experience at the Cadillac service facility. I was greeted almost immediately, and since I had an appointment check-in was very quick. I was directed to the lounge to wait for the oil change/tire rotation to be completed. It was not a long wait, and since this was the first service on this car, it was no charge with a complimentary car wash. It was parked just a short distance from the front door for easy access. On a slightly negative note, the driver’s seat was fully back, the A/C was on arctic blast and the radio was quite loud. These were easily fixed with a few button pushes. This was an excellent service experience!
