Our appetizer came after our main meal. When delivering my salad my waitresses dropped a container of tomotes on my head. The place was absolutely filthy food and paper products all over the floor.

Not impressed. Our waitress tried her best and was friendly which is why she got 5 stars for service. Our party of 8 waited 45 minutes to get seated at booths kiddie corner from eachother instead of a table for all of us. My son's cheeseburger was the last meal to come to the table and it was cold, my mom's mashed potatoes were cold with her teeny tiny steak, and my daughter's macaroni and cheese was also cold. That was one of the worst dining experiences we have had in a long time. Definitely won't waste our time at Applebee's next time, its not worth the hype.

The burgers were on special and we're very good!! The fries on the other hand, soggy and not crispy at all.

This Applebee's in Grand Blanc Michigan is a nice play to eat out with your friends or family. The Atmosphere is very nice, the food is delicious and the service is great. Your waiter or waitress is very attentive making sure everything is fine, if you need a refill and so on. I highly recommend visiting this Applebee's.
