“The owner was very nice and willing to look at equipment he doesn't deal with very often. He said he'd look at it and see if he could help. He fixed it up and cleaned it so it looked brand new. He also insisted on carrying it back to my car. Excellent service!”

“I got a great deal on a new dishwasher here. It did quit working after a month but Allen appliance got it going as quickly as possible. It was a Kitchenaid & kitchenaid said 3 weeks just to have a tech come diagnose the problem, Allen appliance came out in a few days. I did have to wait about 2 months for the part to come in from Kitchenaid but Allen appliance came out the & replaced it the day after it came in. Very happy with this place”

This gentleman showed us different washers and explained the good and bad of each. My head won . We took it home the same day. Has the same warranty as the big box store. “Such fast and friendly service. In and out. No problems when returning an item even if u don't have a receipt you still receive a gift card with store credit which whatever it's going to get used for something else just what u were not going to use that u returned obviously wasn't going to swerve any purpose anyways and home Depot is such a great store I could use the gift card for toilet paper and trash bags if I needed to. That's awesome.”

“The customer service at this store is great, but never get your appliances delivered by their subcontractors that do delivery. What a joke. Guy left the washer/dryer in my kitchen, had me sign before he even got it in the house. While in the driveway still I called him and said hey this is super damaged you need to take it back, he said I have the signature not my problem. I told him he didn’t even give the chance for us to look it over and didn’t say it was the paperwork saying we signed off on the appliance and there was no damage. He said I got the signature, your problem now call the 1800 number. Told me nobody worked above him so there was no way to get him into trouble and he had deliveries to make. Super disappointing. Customer service can’t process the return and replace so I have to go back into the store to deal with it. At least the workers in the store are helpful.”

“While I usually shop at Lowe's if I'm in Burton, (Lowe's is directly across the street) I have to say that the times that I have shopped at this Home Depot, I have been impressed. For one, the customer service is much better than the nearby Lowe's. I've usually wound up at Home Depot because I couldn't get what I wanted at Lowe's or simply couldn't get anyone to locate it for me or answer a simple question. I was impressed with them when they let us get whatever size piece of wood cut to order to install a railing in the basement, as opposed to Lowe's, who told us they "couldn't cut it to specification." Huh? Baffled by that answer, we went across the street to HD and have been back several times for everything from space heaters and lighting to lumber. Prices are fairly competitive on most items and I believe they will match any competitor's price for the same item. Plus, the customer service is great. I never wander around the store looking for someone to help like I do at Lowe's.”

“We waited a month for our furniture and it showed up damp from them cleaning it. The delivery guys were very nice but kinda wished they would of waited till it was dry got rid of all my furniture then didn't wanna sit on it for the first 24 hrs. Otherwise an overall good experience.”

“Friday, February 12, 2021My dryer began squeaking, and to me, it sounded like a pulley, so I called Carl's, made an appointment, and Bob came out today. Initially, the dryer didn't squeak. We've all experienced the scenario where we take our car into the dealership for a noise and can't reproduce. This happened this morning. I assured Bob that it does squeak, and at times it's so bad I have to close the door to the laundry room.After about five minutes, I thought all was lost and then - squeak!Bob had the dryer apart, replaced the belt, pulleys, did cleaning, and the dryer is perfect - all within 30, maybe 35 minutes.Bob was very professional and did a fantastic job at a fair price.Thank you, Carl's Appliance Sales & Service!
