“I had to pick up some plumbing supplies and needed help figuring out exactly what I needed—plumbing is definitely my least favorite type of home repair.
An employee named Jacob went above and beyond to explain everything and made sure I had the right parts. I followed his suggestions when I got home, installed the fittings, and everything worked exactly as he said it would.
Thank you again, Jacob—I really appreciate the help. I’ll definitely be coming back more often for my household repair needs.

“The day after Christmas I came home from work at 2pm. Decided to do some laundry. Went to basement and I had water in my basement! Was given the name of Johnny’s Hardware by a friend. I called them and within a half hour they were replacing my sump pump! Mark did the work and was as nice as he could be! I am so impressed with the customer service and I thought the price was reasonable!! I highly recommend Johnny’s Hardware and applaud them for their honest work ethic!!!”

“I really miss McKays hardware. The staff here is pretty young and they do try, but the young lady helping me find a small screw was having a hard time with what I was looking for. Not necessarily blaming her, but...there are many times the staff was fast, expeditious and quite helpful. Thankfully, im patient, we all have to learn and hone our job skills after all. It still has a little bit of the small town hardware store vibe, but im reminded by the prices that it is a giant franchise corporation than no amount of anything can help.”

He truly went above and beyond for us. What initially started out as a trip for 2 fixtures grew to 7 and us becoming return customers. The quantity of instore selection was superior. He offered to show additional catalog items which furthered the sale. Forget the big box stores and shop Win's.”

The gentleman who helped me was so patient and took special care to cut it even though the effort probably wasn't worth the very little they charge for keys. I appreciated the time he put into it. In the past, we have walked through this store countless times with no help and no acknowledgement. However, Mike P. has stood out and we are so happy that he was there almost every single time we visited the store. Then they asked if I'd be interested in a similar part if it were compatible, so we went to look at what they had. Nothing they had matched the fitting I had, so they sold me the part I needed off the floor model. I did not expect that at all! Superior customer service and very friendly staff.”
