Was sold a business premium plan without our knowledge, ales person added a 4th line and phone to our account without our authorization. have been battling with ATT customer service for over 3 months to get it removed. Make sure you get everything in writing

Worse experience with a company ever. Worse than Comcast. Was told everything u wanted to hear to switch service. Haven't honored anything I was quoted with a bunch of services added on some bring charged twice. 14 day return policy is a joke. Been playing phone tag with customer service since day one. Would give negative stars if I could. Even with a printed quote from the store they tell you sorry about your luck.

Will simply say I just switched from Verizon to AT&T, and the two women sales reps were not willing to help me return 2 of the 5 phones . . .to bad that a trainee had to witness this bad behavior, but I was told I'd have to go to the "corporate" office in Flint to return, which I did and the Flint corporate Office indicated the Grand Blanc office is able to return.
It appears that the Grand Blanc sales reps would rather "sit on their hands" rather than help customers as I was the only customer there at the time.
These two reps should be fired.
Suggest everyone just go to the Flint AT&T and not waste your time at this Grand Blanc store as Laurel from the Flint store was a great HELP and explained that the Grand Blanc store is completely able to do all the necessary things the "corporate" stores are able to do. . . they just refuse to do them.

I was told to leave the store because the district manager never showed up to help the only working associate. The associate had to leave for personal matters, and from the sounds of it, this was arranged and the manager instructed to close the store rather than assisting. I decided to go to a different franchise and won’t be back.

After some hiccups with transferring 7 lines and a few new phones, we were not able to get anywhere with the setup of one of the phones. We decided to go into the GB store and were greeted right away by Robert and Rolland. They were friendly, knowledgeable and handled the issue quickly! If you need help make sure they are working. Great customer service!

Were do I start they greeted me at the door and made me feel very welcome the representative was named Jodi and the manager was Robert they both were kind and helpful helped reduce my bill based on my job helped me get a new phone and even brought out all the accessories i could ever want for the new phone and even got all my games to transfer over with my saved data I normally go to the store on miller rd but will definitely be coming here from now on#clean # friendly# savings# samsung

Wonderful experience today at the store in Grand Blanc. Robert was a pleasure to work with. He was nice and friendly and had plenty of knowledge about the products I was considering. Had me out the door with a new iPhone 15 Pro in record-breaking time.
