Were do I start they greeted me at the door and made me feel very welcome the representative was named Jodi and the manager was Robert they both were kind and helpful helped reduce my bill based on my job helped me get a new phone and even brought out all the accessories i could ever want for the new phone and even got all my games to transfer over with my saved data I normally go to the store on miller rd but will definitely be coming here from now on#clean # friendly# savings# samsung

Wonderful experience today at the store in Grand Blanc. Robert was a pleasure to work with. He was nice and friendly and had plenty of knowledge about the products I was considering. Had me out the door with a new iPhone 15 Pro in record-breaking time.

Upon entering he store the store I was greeting very friendly by the staff there and and even tho the store was busy a gentlemen named Robert walked over to me handed me a discount sheet and explained were a little busy but he would be right with me after waiting about 5 minutes Robert came over and apologized for the wait even tho it wasn't that long right away he started listening to what was going on and my wife and I finally decided to upgrade because of the amazing deal and Robert took the time to show and explain each of the phones to us and all the features then we went over my bill and saved us 10 dollars a month plus covered all of our items on the account highly recommend thus store well worth our 30 minute drive
