Doug is the old man with the back brace that lied to my face about being able to use his code reader on my breaks. He was not willing to help me diagnose my issues. Finally, after calling him out, he begrudgingly came outside with his code reader. Said nothing. Printed out the paperwork and walked away. I am going to purchase the necessary parts elsewhere and take all of my money to someone willing to be pleasant and help!

Walked in this past Sunday asking questions about fuse boxes in a Camaro convertible and was told straight up, “I don’t know, I’ve never owned one.” They didn’t bother to look it up or help out.

Suddenly was experiencing battery issues a Labor Day weekend a few days before needing to drive 700 miles home. After not being able to locate the battery I first selected, the staff gave me a discount on a better battery and then installed it for me! Saved me a lot of stress wondering if I was going to make it back on my long road trip home.

What happened to the good employees! It's outrageous how unhelpful these guy are. When your not doing anything in the store maybe you should make yourself available to your customers.

I came in to have my check engine light checked. I was helped by an older man named Doug. After my vehicle was scanned and check I walked back inside with him waiting to see the results. As Doug printed out the paper with the check engine light status he placed it on the counter in front of me. He seized to explain it further just gave me the paper with no explanation and walked over to a different desk spot to serve another customer. I had a few questions regarding what the light was for. I decided it was best to leave.

Today I needed a Right front bulb replacement for my 2019 impala. I stopped in at Grand Blanc autozone and was helped by Doug, while he was explaining to me how to install the bulb myself, I asked him would he help me, with no hesitation he said yes.
