Better Storage Fenton Road offers affordable, clean, and reliable self-storage units in a convenient location. The facility is fully gated with drive-up units available, making it a suitable option for personal, business, or estate storage needs. Customers consistently praise the fantastic customer service provided by the staff, especially Monica, who is described as one of the nicest and most accommodating people to work with. She is commended for her clear explanations, hard-working attitude, and charming personality, creating a wonderful atmosphere in the office. The storage units are reported to be well-maintained and reasonably priced. Clients express high satisfaction with the knowledgeable and friendly personnel, often recommending the location to others. The facility is also noted for its cleanliness and safety. However, some long-term customers have expressed concerns about the management steadily increasing rental rates over time, making the units unaffordable for some.
