Lost my morgage payment for 2 months and never explained. This started a ripple effect due to their error but yet after 25+ calls was assured correction would follow. Instead just reported me twice to credit bureau. I will never do any future business with then again and I'm recommending to everyone I know not to do business with them. Beware deceptive practices and liars.

If I could give a negative rating I would in a heart beat. This is the worst banking experience I have encountered in my 30 years of business. Very poorly designed mobile application, very poor phone customer service, and much worse in person customer service. Local mgrs have no experience in resolving account disputes. Don't return calls and have poor customer service experience. I am going to move my accounts and money somewhere else.

The staff at this location is pleasant and friendly. The bank itself is.. straight up.. awful.If you don’t have Direct Deposit they’ll charge you monthly just to have a checking account. Need a money order? They’ve got a fee for that.Need checks? Buy a book of them for $22 and get them in a couple weeks (Chase will print you 3 checks for $2.00 right there at the bank).Need a credit card or a loan? You better have flawless credit!Need to cash your check and get the funds immediately? No problem! They’ll just need 10% of how much ever your check is.Did you get paid today? Well you better not have overdrafted in the last 60 days because they’ll need to keep those funds pending for a few extra days just to be safe!In a hurry at the check-out line? Well take a seat because you need to fill out the 20 question exam on the pin pad first.I’m the manager of a hotel and I hate petty complaints and people trying to smear a business’s name.I’m writing this review to warn people and give advice: bank somewhere else, anywhere else.

My husband went to this bank today in order to get our marriage papers notarized for official government paperwork . After making him wait 20 minutes to make sure she is allowed to notarized them while profiling him and being prejudiced and racist towards him. She didn't even do them correctly and the dates are wrong! I absolutely cannot stand racist people I am definitely contacting head quarters and local news with Jennifer Phillips inappropriate behavior towards others and racial profiling!
