Cassandra called me last week to advise that my auto payment from credit card had been canceled. I was not aware. If she hadn't been so diligent, my credit could be negatively impacted and there would have been large fees. She is diligent, professional and knowledgeable. I am out of state and have complete trust based on my interactions abd representations from her. I can only hope she is as valued by the company she represents so well. Great job and sincere thank you.

Cassandra was great! I came in looking for a 10x10 climate controlled unit to store marketing materials. She showed me the unit and answered all of my questions around maintenance and shared recent updates to the facility. Reserving was quick and easy and she gave me a tour around to make sure all of my codes worked. She even showed me where the bathroom is.
