This is not a negative review of service. However, when I paid my bill today with a credit card I was charged a 3% “Convenience Fee.” Convenient to whom? As a merchant you are protected from fraud, customers who might not have the cash can put it on their card, you don’t have to handle cash or deal with bad checks. Sounds pretty convenient for YOU. I’ll be servicing my BMW at a dealership that appreciates my business.

I wrecked my car the other day so I got ahold of Tim Stein at Randy Wise Fenton and he put me in touch with Jennifer Chrysler at the Randy Wise flushing location and they got me into a new vehicle that same day. Great service and awesome teamwork between the 2 locations. Thank you so much

I took my BMW in for an Oil change and potential brake replacement today. Chris Lorenz was amazing! From the moment I got out of my car until I had it returned, his communication was thorough and very professional. Chris was very helpful and informative and he also arranged for transportation to my office and to have my car delivered back to me. What we anticipated was going to be a pricey repair, ended up being a sensor that was easily replaced by his crew. He was upfront and honest and did not try to “sell” me anything that was not needed, which was a huge testament to their integrity. This was my first time using Randy Wise, and I will definitely be going back. Thank you Chris for a seamless experience and the friendly service.

Had a great experience here. They treated me very well and were very helpful. I was able to test drive the vehicle I wanted with no issues, and the salesman was very helpful. Wish I could remember his name. Sorry.

This place is terrible, they lie about everything to you right in your face as they smile. Bought a car, an expensive car, they lied about the options it came with, the car had problems right when I got it, took it back they fixed nothing, and left my car outside in the rain for 3 days before they called me to pick it up, they don’t care, my brakes were rusted, the paint on ky 60k dollar car was also damaged. If you do decide for some reason to go to this dealership, don’t deal with lee dovoloski,, or however you spell his last name, even the owners of the building won’t return my call. They lost a costumer who was coming back for more cars.

Very unprofessional. I worked with a rep to make an appointment to look at a used BMW SUV which had the exact (and specific trim) I wanted. I drove nearly an hour to the dealership to my scheduled appointment on Saturday morning, only for them to tell me they sold the car the day before. No notice, no text, no call. They won’t ever get my business if this is how they treat customers.

Steve Gruehn and Kyle D are Awesome! I had a special request to have an older BMW part from a local eBayer dropped off at BMW of Grand Blanc and have it packaged and shipped to me in Northern Virginia. Steve and Kyle worked out the details and the part was received timely, excellently packaged and undamaged. These guys are the best :-)

Pretty good service overall. I dislike the stone age way of doing their process of buying, returning, exchanging parts. I had a issue with a credit card being skimmed at a gas station in the past week or so. The card I used was the one these parts were on and I couldn't get refunded besides with a check and the check person I guess wasn't there so for a few bucks I have to come back on Monday. I'll probably just let it go since going up there isn't worth my time for 30 bucks.

Good service, but expensive. Be prepared to wait for a Mercedes whether you are dropping your vehicle off or waiting. I've had mine in twice in the past 8 months. The first time, I waited 18 business days. That was partially the fault of my extended warranty and partly because it is a Mercedes. Last week, I waited 2 hours to get a water drain gromet replaced in the water pump and get the cabin filters replaced.

Changing my review from a 2 to a 5. Brent the service manager took good care of me after an incident with lack of communication, and false information. However he explained to me the person I was dealing with was pretty new to the position and was still learning some things which is very understandable. Overall it was a frustrating couple of days but after it was all explained I have no problem giving this place a 5 star rating as I understand, things happen.

Amazing. Collin took me in because my Benz 350 was smoking due to an oil leak driving from Cincinnati. Totally a good group of people here. Highly recommended

In December 2022 we ordered a 2023 C300 through Diyar Assoofi at Randy Wise Motorcars. The car was built in Germany and shipped to the US arriving in June. Diyar was a pleasure to work with. He provided valuable incites on options we were considering in the build, saving us from making a couple of mistakes that wouldn’t have fit our use. Diyar was very responsive throughout the process and delivered on all of his commitments. Diyar made the entire purchasing process enjoyable. We recommend seeking him out when you are in the market for a new car.
