I had just purchased my car and wanted maintenance performed and piece of mind in knowing it was done and an inspection performed. It was easy to make the appointment and it was performed as scheduled. I was very happy.

Since quite long we were looking for good deal and good car for our personal use and visited many dealership for the same. However, at the last moment things did not workout and we had to rolled back, it was quite frustrating and slowly we started to loose our patience. Then the day arrived when I personally called Grand Blanc Nissan of Grand Blanc Michigan to enquire about One Nissan Rogue 2021 Model and again our bad luck came in between and car was just sold 5 mins ago before my call. I remember, sales person was Patrick Jhonson, he tried to cheer me up and asked me not to loose hopes, he understood my requirements and after a couple of months he called me back for scheduling an appointment to check another Nissan Rogue SV AWD which was there in his inventory. I visited dealership with my wife and 2-3 friends to check car and take test drive, we bombarded Patrick with multiple questions and queries, If I would have been in his shoes, I definitely would have got frustrated. But, hats off to Patrick, he answered each and every question with his smiling face and in a positive manner. He did not try to hide anything from us and finally we purchased Nissan Rogue SV AWD 2020 model from Grand Blanc Nissan of Grand Blanc Michigan. Thanks to dealership and especially to Patrick Jhonson for offering us such a nice car.

Outstanding service. Everyone me was very personable and nice with no pressure. Would highly recommend overall. Also appreciated that they engaged and seemed interested in me being there. Dealers recently had been disinterested in talking to customers. Grand Blanc was the opposite and very awesome.

Customer service is a HUGE problem. I called the service department, multiple times, and nobody returned my phone calls. My car sat there for 4 weeks. I understand the need to to wait on service parts to arrive. I work in automotive as a tier 1 supplier specifically in the service sector for multiple customers. I know it can take a long time to get service parts in. I was not angry over that. Week 3, I was called on a Tuesday morning and told that the parts arrived. I was told it would take a couple of days to get the work done. I expected it done by Friday. No phone call at all with an update. I called first thing Saturday morning, and again left a message, and again no phone call. By this point I had been without my car for 4 weeks. The lady I was working with was on vacation, the following week, and did finally text me on a Monday (week 4) to let me know she was on vacay and to get ahold of someone else. Ok, I call Todd on two different occasions and he never called me back. So I called the main line and asked if he was working and indeed he was. I then asked to be transferred to a higher manger and was sent to David. I then left a message for David and he too has NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALL. One of the other ladies overheard my phone call with the main desk receptionist and she took it upon herself to find my paperwork and find out what was going on with my vehicle. She reached out to me to give me an update. Unacceptable and inexcusable to allow your customer to go weeks without their vehicle; no offer of a rental; no return phone calls from anyone in charge. I am disgusted by the lack of respect and lack of care and concern. Per your website, "Our primary concern is the satisfaction of our customers. Once you do business here, you are no longer a customer; you are part of our growing family." Well if this is your idea of family, I want a divorce! The only reason I will be returning is because I purchased my vehicle there and your extended warranty. Outside of that, I have absolutely no desire to purchase from you in the future nor will I ever recommend anyone to shop from there. I will direct people away from Grand Blanc Nissan and advise them to find another Nissan dealership to investigate. You really need to take the time to train your people on what customer service looks like and what it feels like.

Chris is who helped me get a car he was awesome however my transmission went out. I wanted Nissan to fix it, a lady name Tracey who work in service is horrible . She talk to fast and she’s very rude. Me and her was going back and fourth about my transmission…: Instead of her listening she wanted to talk over me so we was going back and forth until i ended the call. That’s not how you treat your customers…. They need to fire Tracey she is horrible.!

DO NOT BRING YOUR NISSAN HERE. This was my first time using Grand Blanc Nissan. It took them 3 weeks to diagnose and replace an alternator (under warranty) and a battery (that they quoted me $440 for). My car is a 2018 and under 60k miles. The length of time it took them to complete the task was explained by a shortage of techs due to hunting season and I was offered no discount and no loaner vehicle. I finally received my car back this past Monday, 11/27. Took it to an important appointment Tuesday (an hour away) and nearly did not make it home due to the same issue I had it towed in for 3 weeks ago. When I called to speak to someone regarding this issue during service hours (4:30pm yesterday), the service department did not answer after 2 attempts and I was forced to leave a detailed message with no return call by closing time at 6pm yesterday. They seemed very interested in me leaving a review for the company on Monday after I received my car back, but not super interested in hearing from me after my car nearly broke down less than 24 hours from it being released. TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE ELSE.

Chris, Tony and Mike are amazing! After my incident with my car they made sure the day I came in I wasn’t leaving without something new, nice, and something very comfortable for my family! I couldn’t be more happier with how I treated and what I got! I recommend grand blanc Nissan to anyone:)

The worst for service!! I have been stuck without a car for a week because the service advisor won’t even order the part I need. Emily Block said she ordered it but after waiting for it I called Nissan Consumer Affairs they said she never tried to order it. Plus it’s on back order so there are Many people with cars sitting that are not safe to drive. They knew I needed this part months ago and they were supposed to have ordered it then. Nobody knows what happened to that. But to be lied to over and over is unacceptable.

Not sure what has happened over the past year but service department is failing. I have been using their services since 2015 and won't be back. Impossible to reach anyone at the service desk and if you leave a message they rarely call back. This month I called 4 different times and left 4 different messages all for an oil change. I have never heard back from them even once. I switched my services to the Nissan dealership in Highland.

Working with & purchasing a Rogue from Grand Blanc Nissan was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Myles was very personable & his knowledge of the product was fantastic. He went that extra mile to help me.Tony was very helpful in working out a payment that was in my budget. I felt no pressure from either one of these gentlemen. I was very comfortable during the entire process.The G.M., Mike, even made a point to come sit with me, to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. My vehicle just came off the truck, so I could not drive it home (needed all point inspection 1st). For this reason, Mike gave me a vehicle to drive home. When my Rogue was ready, Myles personally delivered it to my home. Service was impeccable. I cannot give Grand Blanc Nissan enough praises. Highly, highly recommend. I am a customer for life! Thank you gentlemen!

Worst experience. They refused to honor warranty work by giving ridiculous excuses and even accused me of attempting warranty fraud , refused to honor promotional service, and refused to honor their reward points. I had to take them to court, and I won on all three counts.Don't dare to question them, if you do you get blocked from their phone system (poor business conducts) I had to use *67 prior to dialing their number so they can answer. Not only I will never take my bicycle there, but also I will never buy a Nissan again. Barry Wood could've fixed the warranty issue for approx. $25.00 in part, but he chose to accuse me of warranty fraud, and wasted his boss money in court.
