I found a stray and took her in for a scan for a chip. They got her in quickly and took time to answer some of my questions.I've taken my other dog there also and feel they genuinely care. 5 stars!

Dr. O'Connor is amazing! As are others here. I found this clinic a few years ago and wish I had found them sooner. My furry son is in good hands with these folks, yours will be too.

We’ve been taking our cats here for over 40 years now, they’ve been amazing with every single one of them. We’ve been very satisfied with all the vets. We just took my current cat to them and was once again very pleased. They were so wonderful with her. I can’t wait to bring her back to have her dental done with them.

It was such an incredible experience. In the past we had been to another local vet (Alpine) and our experience there was negative. But this office was incredible! Dr. Fick and the technicians were so incredibly kind, asking lots of questions and they knew exactly how to handle our aggressive cat. I don't know how they managed to vaccinate her! People here are truly animal people. The doctor and technicians spent so much time with us and genuinely cared about our cat. She got the treatment that she needed. The place is clean and totally worth a visit.

I want to thank the staff and doctors at Grand Blanc Veterinary Hospotal. We are regular patients there and they've always done there best to accommodate my pets. Today was above and beyond to get my dog the surgery she needed to prevent further infection. They were so caring and understanding. They were so willing to make sure I understood everything along the way. Even reassuring me when I felt like a bad owner. It was such a rough 24 hours for me but they brought it all to a calm resolve. On top of it all they got the surgery done for a fraction of the emergency vet quote. Special shout out to Carrie and Dr Keilen! I owe you guys so much!

We have always had great experiences with the staff and vets. They have always been kind, patient, and accommodating to us and our pets. While we’ve had good experiences with everyone, Dr. O’Connor is exceptional. She’s thorough in her exams, extremely knowledgeable, and takes time to address all of your concerns. She either has an extremely good memory or reviews charts in detail prior to seeing each patient (or both) because she remembers small details, even from years ago. It’s obvious that she is very invested in her patients. I consider myself to be a “needy” pet parent with many questions and concerns. Dr. O’Connor has listened to and addressed every one without ever making me feel silly or that I was wasting her time. After moving, we now happily drive over an hour to bring our dogs here and it is in large part because of her.

Came in to get my guinea pigs nails trimmed very surprised at how cheap it was to get done, and how much an exam is. I felt super welcomed not only by the staff but also the customers. Definitely will be my go to for now on.

First time, last time. We brought our 17 year old cat in for a monthly shot. The young Doctor brought in her blood work (from March) from our prior vet of twenty years, whom we trust implicitly. (We've moved.) This G.B. Dr. focused solely on the kidney number. Told us it was elevated, mentioned kidney disease, stated she was surprised our old vet didn't mention it, started recommending a kidney diet product. Concerned, we agreed to blood work. Five days later, when this Dr was back on duty, she called us and said our cat's numbers were the same. Again, started talking about the special kidney diet product. We are not opposed to doing what we can for our baby. The Dr said I would receive an email by Monday with some diet recommendations. On Monday, I received an email from Grand Blanc Vet hospital saying my order was for that special kidney diet product was ready to be filled, all I had to do was hit, "order." Mind you, no price, ( the most expensive on the market and an upcharge for ordering through the vet, no doubt) no bag size, just order. It was then we started to really feel the priority at this vet was pushing product, not animals welfare. The Dr also recommend I cut out the prednisolone our cat gets daily, because 'it might put added pressure on the kidneys." I did this. Now our cat is curled up in a basket and doesn't want to do anything. We checked with our old vet today. She saw the new blood work. Said it was stable and had been for quite some time. She said our cat's kidney number are typical for aging cats, there's no need to worry, or change a thing. Grand Blanc Veterinary Hospital, we can't help feeling you preyed on emotions and were more concerned with padding the bill than our cat's best interest. Won't be back.

Dr Fick was negligent and now my cat is dead. I took Skippy in 3 weeks ago to be seen because he was urinating everywhere. Dr Fick barely examined him, didn’t take a urinalysis, didn’t give him a rabies vaccine, or collect his stool sample. Literally told me it was most likely behavioral and sent me home with fluoxetine. Fast forward to today when I had to take Skip to the emergency vet where they told me Skip had a urinary obstruction that he’d probably been battling for months. I had to euthanize my baby today because treatment would’ve been $4,000 plus a lifetime of suffering. I can’t help but wonder if my baby would still be here if GBV had examined and treated him more closely 3 weeks ago. Not to mention their phone wait times are over 7 minutes just to speak with anyone. I will no longer take my pets here.
