ZERO STARS! Do not take children to this location! Horrible first experience for my 5 year old daughter! She was so nervous about her appointment and over the past few days her dad and I worked with her to prepare her with all the positivity that we could. I have been going to GEDC locations since I was 11 years old and since becoming a mom in 2005 have always taken my kids to GEDC. I have 7 children and this appointment was for my youngest so I thought I could know what to expect to prep her. I was very wrong. This location had 3 employees take my daughters xrays while she cried and would not allow me to go back with her. After listening in the waiting room I decided it was time for me to go back and help. My intention was to help! Instead I was greeted by the hygienist who stated you can't be back here and stood between my daughter and I. Any mom knows that I did not handle that very well.... We left and will NEVER be back. My intention for sharing this story is to prevent a bad experience happening to other children. There are a lot of really good GEDC locations out there.... Grand Blanc is not one of them!

I am a new patient and just had my second appointment with you. The front desk person knew me by name when I walked in, I had my appointment 10 minutes earlier than what was scheduled, the girl that cleans my teeth is wonderful. She takes great pride in her work, definitely has the job that was meant for her to do, and makes you feel comfortable and explains everything she is going to do before she does it. She makes you feel like she is just concerned for your teeth as you are. So glad I changed to this dentist and staff.

The staff is very nice and prompt with getting you in. I have never had to wait. They seem very knowledgeable from the front desk to the back with the dentist.
