Unfriendly/unhelpful management. Aspen Dental had better pricing and customer service, without even using my insurance. Years of loyalty mean nothing here. Don’t waste your time.

Adam is the most condescending person to ever work at this office. I was three minutes late once and he literally yelled at me like I was his child. Then the Dr wasn’t clear with him about the numbering of my teeth, so when I asked why I was being charged twice for the same tooth rather than ask the Dr. for clarity he started aggressively speaking to me condescendingly repeating what was in the bill, again treating me like I was stupid rather than acknowledging that the billing discrepancy was due to weird numbering. He never apologized for speaking to me that way. On top of this I had to have the same crown done twice in their office, which should’ve many years, and yet even though I’ve paid THOUSANDS TO this office, and my family has paid over ten thousands over the past couple years, they choose not to cut even the slightest break to someone who’s spent so much with them.Management absolutely sucks here no wonder all the people of color left (sorry to say it out loud, but it’s true) and they can’t keep a dentist there more than 18 months. This office is a total joke. I hate that I put up with all that.

I have had nothing but issues with this location since we began using them. One or two mistakes can be overlooked, we are all human, but the compounding of issues we have had here has made our family move to a new dentist. Not only have they messed up our paperwork and insurance, causing us years of headaches trying to untangle, we have had to return for issues/incomplete work at the office and have been refused service. They also push on you services that cost extra, and get irritated when you decline. One of the services they push on you is a blue laser light they claim looks for mouth cancer (which they shine in your mouth for all of 5 seconds) that they charge an extra fee for. In the 10 dentist offices I called, not one could validate or had even heard of the purpose of this instrument and several said there is no such code to even charge for it. I would recommend doing your own research and drawing your own conclusions on this product if you attend this facility, as this does not seem to be a legitimate practice. The straw that broke the camel’s back was the last visit I made. I had refused a new x-ray since I had one the past year and I did not want to have one due to being pregnant. The dental assistant was rude and stated it was required yearly, and I again, politely declined due to my circumstance stating that I would get one on my next visit (if they were indeed required yearly) when I was no longer pregnant. They again declined and I sent over another dentist I had never met (which seemed to be the norm as I don’t think we have ever had the same dentist for the years we have been there). She immediately got abrasive with me stating they do not make any exceptions whatsoever and that I would either need to get the X-ray or leave. I asked why I would need a x-ray for a standard cleaning when I had no other issues, and she just repeated that it was required no exceptions. She got very snippy with me stating the x-ray was perfectly safe, and I explained since I had gone through 3 years of fertility treatments, I did not feel comfortable doing them regardless. She rolled her eyes and dismissed me stating then she couldn’t help me. I left and chose not to re-schedule my appointment and canceled the appointments for the rest of my family. Again, when I made the calls to other offices, every office stated you have the right to waive x-rays for pregnancy or to do them only when your insurance covers them. Overall, the un-professionalism, lack of compassion, incompetence, money-grubbing and straight up rudeness for this office has made my family feel un-safe and uncomfortable attending this practice. I would think twice about making an appointment at this facilityTl;DR: Unprofessional, incompetent, rude. Don't make the mistake of making an appt at this location.

Always super quick to get me back and get the work done. I’m never there long. All the staff is always super nice and makes sure you understand what’s going on and how much you’re going to have to pay before you pay it. Every visit there has been an enjoyable one. Love this place!

I would highly recommend Great Expressions. They’re very punctual, great about confirming appointments, friendly, and Alyssa - one of the hygienists - is so good at cleaning and explaining things.
