We never have/had any problems at this dealership. Everyone is very friendly and they do great work. We have been taking our 2014 Honda Odyssey there for regular maintenance since we bought it in 2014. We love our odyssey. Great vehicle. ?

Paid for an all wheel alignment & oil, lube, filter job to be done yesterday; discovered today they did NOT do the oil, lube, & filter job I'd paid for...I'd not been to this service department for over a year except about my tires I'd bought there....thought I'd give them another chanceAppears that was a mistake...Because of the difficulties with being able to depend on having my vehicle serviced & properly is why I'm hesitant to buy another Honda. I LOVE my vehicle but getting the required service has been an ongoing hassle & quite a few times, a nightmare (it took 5 trips to the Grand Blanc Honda service to have the O ring properly replaced when there was a recall on the part even with the service manager being involved the last 3 times)

As always, the technicians are on top of it! From the moment you drive your vehicle in until two days later, when they do a follow up call to make sure everything is working great. I have worked with both Josh and Ben and they are both top-notch at customer service and answering questions. You won’t be disappointed!

How do I even begin to express just how amazing my experience was in buying a car from Brandon at the Honda of Grand Blanc? Shopping for the right car can be a stressful process and yet Brandon Mills made this so much easier. He was professional and attentive from the first moment I walked in to look at vehicles. I was considering several makes and models at the time. He bent over backwards to make sure I had all the information on each vehicle and I was able to test drive them all while I was there. He even stayed past close time to accommodate me. For months he was helping me in finding the Odyssey van that would suit my needs. He kept me in the loop at all times, let me see others on the lot as they came in, and then one day it all fell into place in finding the color and features available that I wanted. Brandon made the sale for me quick and painless. He had things happening the next day so I could take it home. I drove off the lot a very happy customer. I had a couple issues with the car soon after, which he was very helpful with, getting me in right away and lining up a rental car for the day. They were minor things but he arranged to have it all done at once. Since then I occasionally stop in to ask how to do something on the car and he is so wonderful, taking the time to show me and letting me know to contact him or stop in anytime I need ANYTHING!!!! He has so much knowledge about all the cars he is selling it impresses me so much. I had a very negative experience with someone else at the dealership before Brandon and it has been like night and day between the two. She didn't know the cars, she didn't show me the car, she pulled it up, let me test drive it, and sat in her office never coming out to show me anything. I was outside trying to figure out features and she never even came out to ask if I had any questions. I almost didn't come back to Al Serra Dealership. I had decided I would walk in and try someone else down at the Honda Dealership building to check out an Odyssey and I am so glad I did. Brandon is a class act and he is a hard worker. If you are looking for a car, any car, Brandon is your guy. You won't go wrong with him and he is truly one of the best people I have ever dealt with. We WILL be back to Brandon for our other cars in the future.

My Customer Service and Service was a 5 star rating. I would like to thank Josh, Ben and the young lady for their service. They were very communicative, helpful and fast service and pricing was great. I did not catch the name of my technician but a big shout to him as well. I had a no heat situation and now my heat is coming out like a new car. Thank you so much to the staff at Al Serra Honda.

All staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Ben Bronson was easy to contact with any questions and contacted me with updates about my vehicle. Very impressed with the customer service I received. Definitely worth the one hour drive. Excellent service team!

My car looks fantastic, the staff needs to work on the communication with their customers. My car took over 2 months to be painted and I no idea any information of when it will be done, why there was a delay or any sort of communication. Thankfully for Tom Merkle I was able to be reached to by the body shop with his input higher up

Salesman, Mark Johnston, was super knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my questions and product inquiries on my new 2024 Honda Accord. I traded in my wife's 2014 Honda Accord, and was given a fair market value for it. The overall buying process was a breeze. The Accord was ready to be picked up at the agreed time, but I opted last minute to have it delivered to us in Saginaw, Michigan. The Accord was delivered in spotless condition at the agreed time. I'm Happy, My Wife is Happy, the Salesman is Happy, and I'm sure Serra Honda of Grand Blanc is Happy! We liked the new Accord, the Service Dept techs, and the Serra dealership so much that I drove my 2021 Honda Pilot to Serra Grand Blanc Honda the very next day, traded it in, and purchased a New Honda Passport from salesman Mark Johnston. Again, a great buying experience! I drove home 2 hours after arrival with the new Passport. We made the right choices for us and love both new Hondas! We are repeat customers at Serra Honda since 2000. I recommend them HIGHLY!Gary G.

Ben was friendly, accommodating and knew his stuff. He let me know what I needed, how much it costs and the implications of postponing service. You can tell Ben cares about his customers, and their safety, and not only making cash. I would recommend Ben to others.

Nice, polite, respectful people. Pricing for a new hybrid vehicle is way too high for Honda loyalty customers. No incentive to stay loyal to Honda. This dealership is much more civil than victory honda in Plymouth MI.

I bought my first CR-V from Honda of Grand Blanc nine years ago and have had all of my maintenance taken care of here. I am now in the process of buying a new CR-V, (thank you Mark Johnston for all your help) and I have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership. Everyone from sales, to the maintenance crew, to the office staff have been wonderful. Thank you for a great experience!

I arrived at the service department with no appointment. I had a tire emergency and was quite upset. Ben responded almost immediately skillfully and quickly. He was friendly and helpful and I soon felt gratefully reassured that I had come to the right place. Thanks so much again, Ben!

Nice smaller dealership, that is clean and my service counselor Maddy was very friendly and did a great job. I knocked off a star because they only use one lane to pull your car into the service center. There are two service agents and 2 lanes but they keep one lane closed and have people lined up in the one lane making it difficult to get in or out of the parking lot due to the service line. Not a good way to keep your business flow going.

I love Honda but the I've had a few issues with the service department at this dealership. Usually small annoyances that you come to expect from dealer services. But the new one that made me make this review is apparently when you make an appointment time for service that's only to drop off the vehicle and does not at all reflect when they will actually get to your vehicle. It's my fault for leaving when I was told it would take an hour I guess. I leave for an hour and when I come back "oh it's gonna be an hour". This is for a simple oil change and software update. So if you have to use them don't leave the dealership and unless you have the time to hang out until they get around to you call first and check how many are ahead of you.
