Didn’t actually go to shop, just to return some things. What I love is that there aren’t separate areas for kohls returns and Amazon returns, it’s all in the same place and it’s very close to the front door. Not to mention parking is always great!

This store is great on clothing, and the clearance prices are pretty cheap sometimes. Really good check-out service, the cashiers seem to be very pleasant from what I experienced.

I just was there to return an Amazon purchase. It was my first time visiting this location. I will not come back. I would rather return to a WALMART than experience their employees at the customer service desk again. Rude for no reason. .

Sandra, my cashier, was amazing. She worked through many obstacles that I had. All were overcome with her always smiling. I will look for her when I am in the store next time.
