This place is a joke. I’ve been seeing doctors here for the last few years. First I seen Laura and she was never in half the time now they got a new doctor named Joyce that I keep seeing and she’s never in. She leaves at noon. How do you expect to see patients or get patients better if you’re never in I would not advise coming to this place. I am starting to look for a new doctor right now.

Biggest waste of time came for a drug test and physical. Had an appointment at 9:45 didn’t get taken back until 11 then waited in the back for another hour. Never going back that’s for sure and I for sure don’t recommend this location.

They used to be good but are going downhill fast. The girl at the front desk completely ignores you while she plays on her phone. And she is playing. I could see what she was doing while I stood there waiting, saying excuse me and waiting more. This has happened twice. I ended up leaving the last time. It's no wonder that whenever you go by there, the parking lot is empty, where it used to be full.

I signed in 3 days prior and it is supposed to be a no wait process. Unfortunately I waited an 1 and a half for a single test done for work. Never would I recommend this place to anyone. The staff in the back do a professional job although the people at the front desk are unprepared, and change costs for tests when one payment is stated to another.

While Natalie Baker is very pleasant, she needs to be there more hours.The front staff is worthless. Every time I call to ask a question, I leave a voice mail. I am supposed to hear back in 1 to 3 hours. Never do. Just ignored. Had to physically go into the office to see if my issue had been addressed. There was a prescription ordering problem. I understand, but at least let the patient know. Just an absolutely horrible organization. Actively looking for someone new. Can’t waste my time on such ineptitude.While having a telehealth with Melissa, I mentioned that an order for blood work was set up by Natalie. To my shock and surprise, Quest did not receive the order due to McLaren’s new computer system. Just glad I asked before I spent time at Quest. I also asked for a COVID Antibody test which I thought had been included. It was not and I was not told.After being informed about my latest blood work, Natalie Baker took it upon herself to make an appointment for me with a Nephrologist. First, I wasn’t informed of this appointment and second, if she had read the paperwork I gave her she would have seen I already have a nephrologist.Just one thing after another. Happy I found a doctor and staff that know what they are doing. Will be transferring my records this week.

Horrible was told 40 min to do a simple a pee test waited for 2 in a half hours the staff was very disrespectful also

Spent 20 minutes on the phone to make a 10a.m. appointment the next day ( put on hold several times ) arrived 15 minutes early as requested... asked to fill out info on the kiosk that did not function properly... got back into line got the paper work filled out and returned then asked to be seated and they will call me shortly... 10:29a.m. receive text message saying i lost my spot in line after having turned in my info... finally get called back at 11:45a.m. to be threatened that they will cancel my test because I let them know my fustration over waiting 2 hours... then told it wasn't a large enough sample even though the vial was nearly 75% full... They don't need much for a simple 4 panel drug test... I have a ton of respect for our front line workers but the employees at this location are rude and incrediblely self entitled!!!

I went here and there was an hour-2 hour wait. If you want to be here for any reasonable amount of time you need to make an appointment. My wait time was only roughly 25 minutes.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! We’ve been sitting here 2 hours with no end in sight. I believe you’d have to be dead on the floor before their urgent care cared. Even then you would probably have to wait for another 3 hours to be seen. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

This clinic is ridiculous. I came for an N95 fit test for my employer. The staff said I would be called back in 30-45 and it took 2 hours. I do not recommend.

If you’re here for a drug test, be prepared to wait for AT LEAST 2 hours. Ridiculous.
