“I hate needles and although I disliked the actual experience, the phlebotomist was beyond comforting and compassionate. She attempted to distract me and made me feel a little more calm and chatted with me like I was a friend. I really appreciate the way she handled the visit and that she tried to make me feel okay while getting the labs done. I wish her the best!”

“Went to Quest on Fenway Dr. They did all my blood work but said they don't do the Mersa swab. Had to go to McClaren Wellness inside Walgreens in Fenton on Silver Lk Rd. My anesthesiologist said Quest is suppose to do them. I will say the ladies at Quest do an awesome job. Never felt the needle going in. Now that's perfection. Practice makes perfect”

“The waiting room was quite warm so I would say there was not good air circulation, otherwise the staff was kind, friendly, and efficient. You have to use a kiosk to schedule your appt but that was not a problem.”

“The location itself was good.Staff were friendly and the nurse I had so my blood work did a great job I barely felt anything. Been to other places where they make that experience a bit worse, so if you had blood work the staff member I had did great.I did make an appointment using their convoluted automated phone system and despite making an appointment it did not show up when I went to sign in. So I had to make a new one… but they still had me taken care of 5 mins before the new appointment spot I made.”
