Cant make an appointment. If you have no one to take you to and from the shop you have to get lucky or wait all day just to get service.

Took my car in right when they opened. They were very clearly incredibly busy. I had an exhaust pipe that became completely detached. They couldn’t look at it right away but called me later in the day to bring it in. They fixed it in under an hour! Dylan was very kind and helpful. The waiting room was clean, comfortable space to read a book while i waited. My car no longer sounds like a transformer/classic muscle car. Also affordable! Thank you!! :)

My son brought his car in at 8 am and it was a waste of time don't go here! He was not called or informed of when it was to be looked at. He then called at 12 then next day and they said they would look at it in an hour he went in at 3 pm and it wasn't even looked at. He asked for his keys and they just handed them to him. No apology or nothing. How rude! My son has a full time job and needs his car like every one else.Common decent thing would of been to call and say hey we are short staffed or turn him away. They need better management and offer appointments and hire more staff. ?

I'm not sure why Muffler Man in Grand Blanc gets such glowing recommendations. My son dropped his car off at 8am yesterday and they said they could get to it today (mind you, they don't take appointments). Checked on it in person today at noon and was told they were going to look at it in about an hour. Just picked the car up (3:30) because it still hasn't been looked at and they just handed him the key without an apology or anything.

Can never get someone on the phone you have to drive up there to talk to anybody and then when u ask questions about what's wrong they talk to you like your stupid no I will take my money somewhere else
