I reserved a room for my husband because he works out there on the weekends. He was very pleased with the service he received from Kyle! He asked that I leave a boasting review for Kyle. Kyle is the manager and my hubby says he was more that accommodating, helpful, patient, and willing to go above and beyond. Thank you for your assistance.

We have stayed at Many Quality Inns because of their consistent, welcoming restfulness.Not our experience here! The mattress on the king-size bed was Very hard. After a night of tossing and turning, I went to the cafeteria for some coffee and fruit, as a full breakfast was included in our stay. On a Sunday, I was informed by the attendant that breakfast ends at 9:00 AM and they were closed, despite the time being not quite yet 9:00! I asked if I might at least get some coffee (normally available 24 hrs), to which she said, "Ok!" and disappeared into the back room. When I tried to dispense a cup from the carafe it was empty, so I waited thinking she was making more. After 5 minutes I gave up and grabbed a banana and a yogurt; better than nothing I guess. ?

Not the fanciest place - and the smell of cleaning products was pervasive. But nice room, very clean, with great mattress. And the staff was super nice. (Hi Kyle!) A great deal overall, will stay again.

An affordable and well run hotel in a convenient location next to a Culver’s. It’s clean and quiet with friendly and responsive staff. Comfortable beds, microwave, mini fridge and a waffle maker in the breakfast room. What more do you need?! Kudos to Kyle and Katie and Lisa. I hope your employers appreciate you!

Had a problem checking in. It was handled great. Room was clean and no "funny smells ". The breakfast thing is a little short to me, 7 to 9. The person doing the breakfast is also running the front desk. That may have something to do with it.

We stayed here for one night and it’s not the worst place I’ve stayed in but it does need some more attention. We got into the room and it smelled weird, like a basement, it was SO HUMID and gross feeling. Furniture was damaged in the room. The bathroom was so small, overall I just didn’t feel clean. No bugs, so that’s a plus but I couldn’t sleep well due to the humidity and “sticky” feeling. The breakfast was weak sauce. Just your regular bread, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, and juice options, no protein or fresh fruit.

We stayed here on a quick trip when the hotel next door was booked for the night. My parents stayed here about 10 years ago and it was a decent hotel at the time. Now, not so much. The clerk working at night was very nice and the bed was comfortable. But those were the only good things. Our room was gross. There was mold (or something splattered) on the ceiling above one bed and the shower ceiling. More splattered on the wall by a trash can. The fan in the bathroom was broken. Some stain on the comforter. Peeling wallpaper. Mold in the ice machine in the first floor. And an unsafe extension cord set up. We had a 6 month old baby and I didn’t want to set her down at all. Would have left if we had other options and didn’t get in so late at night after a long travel day.

First impressions are everything. And mines begins at the front desk. I was clearly in line when I was forced to wait behind a lady that came in behind me.Yes the woman was white and YES tye front desk receptionist and older white woman did absolutely NOTHING about it. When I stated to them that I actually was in line I was completely ignored by the front desk representative for 5 mins.This has become the experience with Quality Inn and others for sometime now. But unfortunately for them my company dishes out huge amounts of money to them booking 15+ rooms all over the United States for weeks at a time. I'll be sending an email along with my other colleagues to void contract. This is ridiculous and degrading and it stops now!

decent hotel but the lady at the front desk refused to give my mother back her $100 deposit over a stain that could’ve been easily washed out if put in the washer. i highly doubt they even tried that because they were only in the room for about 10 minutes. plus they lied and said it was all over the sheets and mattress but it was only on the pillow. not the best way to start my birthday! the first guy at the front desk when we checked in was very kind tho! 5 stars to him cant remember his name all i know is he had a cane (no disrespect to him)

The front desk person was very kind and helpful! We were traveling there for a funeral and he was very accommodating. We were also able to book short notice and the prices were lower than most in the area. The rooms are pretty simple but have everything you need. Parking was well lit and felt

What makes this hotel great, is Kyle that works at the front desk!!! His empathy, kindness, manners, and personality make him stand out in the best way possible!!! He makes you feel comfortable and welcome from the moment you walk in the door!!! He really needs to be in management immediately!!! It's people like him that can make your business thrive and go far!!! He's the kind of man you want running your place in your absence!!! Thank you Kyle for being AWESOME!!!

This hotel gets big marks down for claimed "amenities". It claims to have a pool but it was closed by 8pm and not opened again until 8am. Choosing a hotel with a pool is important to me for relaxing. And limited hours such as this mean I wont likely get to use it.

I would like to share that I am extremely impressed with the employees who work at this particular location.Several hours after checking out, I received a call from the front desk. They were happy to inform me housekeeping found my AirPods, that I had apparently left behind!I was so grateful for their honesty and integrity. I am so delighted to have my item returned to me.
