Worst customer service ever, anywhere .I went in at 9:41am they locked the door behind me. I didn't have my Medical Insurance card so Sue W. says well you can just pay with your credit card.I said No , I have been coming here for 8 years my Insurance information has not changed. She grudgingly looked it up and found then could not get it to authorize. Another employee came to help and my nurse Sue W. said I can't get it in the fucking computer. I said I can go home and get my card and come back. She said Oh ,no we close at 10am today. She then walked me to the front door which I couldn't open because it was locked ,still. I then unlocked the door and left and she locked the door behind me . I then rushed home and called BCN to find my insurance had not changed.Well, I will not bother Porter road Quest or Sue W. again with something so difficult as being courteous and doing their JOB. My Dad used to say everyday that you go to work you get a chance to make a friend or an enemy.Guess what Porter road Quest made that day.

The location itself was good.Staff were friendly and the nurse I had so my blood work did a great job I barely felt anything. Been to other places where they make that experience a bit worse, so if you had blood work the staff member I had did great.I did make an appointment using their convoluted automated phone system and despite making an appointment it did not show up when I went to sign in. So I had to make a new one… but they still had me taken care of 5 mins before the new appointment spot I made.

Needed blood draw for procedure. They did not have the doctor's order when I got there. The doctor's office had been trying to fax it for over an hour, but Quest's fax machine was not working. She agreed to have me call the doctor so she could get the info over the phone. But when she tried inputting it into the system, she couldn't find the doctor's name. She ended up having to enter it manually. She drew my blood with no issues and told me it would be processed and sent to Genysis in plenty of time prior to my procedure. It was not. They ended up having to draw my blood again at the hospital because Quest dropped the ball. The phlebotomist was the only good in my whole experience, but that's not enough if Quest's fax, software and processing doesn't work. Why bother wasting time getting blood drawn if the blood results never goes anywhere. Quest needs to step up and do better.

The absolute worst Quest location, no one knows anything. There’s technology these days that will help you find someone veins. Staff is completely useless.

The phlebotomist was nice, good at her job. It's a good location. A nice clean office. Easy check in.

Took my mom there to have blood drawn. The person acted like she was mad and hated her job. She couldn't find the Dr who wrote the script from Genesys Hospital and ended up not drawing blood but sending us to make a Dr appointment for new script. She said it's 9:30 and we close at 10 am today. This was a very important test for Liver enzymes had to be done asap. Very disappointing.

Poor initial customer service on Monday needed a specimen cup for my momsdrop off urine.. waited 10 min to find I can't get a specimen cup until lab is sent from dr..Today's Friday and they do not serve you unless you make an appointment via on line or kiosk. That's just to ask if your lab is there!!! Too much!! Terrible service..for elder advocates and I'm disabled [limited] but advocating for elderly mother.--? Iritateing-- Kiosk check in [ you can't see or speak to a live person. Untill they open that door.. No other Quest business has poor customerservice like this one--Villa Linde Quest best service ?

Checking in through the kiosk was easy and they do follow appointment times. My veins like to roll and Jasmine was able to draw blood without "fishing". I have a condition that causes fainting (not even related to blood draws) and it's embarrassing. I became very light headed and I was treated with dignity and kindness. I really appreciate the employees and quality of their work.

I made an appointment for 9:45am was the only person in the waiting room waited 30 minutes while 7 people got taken back. I finally left the facility and will not go back to Porter Rd Quest in Grand Blanc

Dehumanizing experience: you walk into a lobby where the receptionist's window literally has a board over it, completely blocking it off so there is NOBODY to greet or guide the new visitor. But there is a non-responsive kiosk where options that don't relate to one's situation are all that are seen. Someone will eventually come to the lobby and then scold you for your inability to navigate the insanely bad kiosk. How did simple testing come to this?! I left and returned to my doctor: draw my blood anywhere but at Quest because enduring belittlement is not on my agenda.

Was treated very rude actually mistreated and supervisor Sharon overheard the employee mistreating me and did not reprimand her. I believe her name was Madeline I was so traumatized. I am a cancer and sepsis survivor and a senior citizen and a human being and this was verbal assault. I am contacting supervisor at corporate because this problem was not handled

I went there to get a TB test done, website said that they offered. I waited half an hour to to be told they don't do that.
