Called to refill prescriptions, & Walgreen’s recording came on. I gave my script # & dob, and was told they don’t have any scripts for that name or script #. What are they doing? Just leaving all their customers hanging for their prescriptions?! No wonder they are going out of business!!

Well This Rite Aide Is the Worst, They sold Me and My husband Old Wine box wine expiration 2022....Not okay and the Asian Man was extremely rude and this is not the first time I have heard of him being very non Chalant with his customers including when folks have tried to talk about getting a job there to him he is Rude get rid of him . I think Corporate should really look into this matter ASAP ... especially if wine is old and The other day I went in there the Refrigerator for beverages were not working but they were selling warm beverages which means it was cold then warm which can make folks extremely sick . The AC wasn't working either few weeks ago this rite aide really needs to get it together and get better workers.

Paid $30 for a prescription cream that will expire in 1.5 month. I understand you need to use stuff up but I shouldn’t have been charged full price then! Very unhappy with my first experience here. After contacting customer service twice I was never even emailed back about my issue. Would not recommend this pharmacy.

I been at this pharmacy for years and never experienced the level of rudness I've experienced the last time. The lady with thick English accent treated me very badly. She ruined my day and dirty bathrooms over there. I won't go back to this pharmacy

I understand that not everyone is fluent in English and that everyone needs a job, however, when a person is working in an English-speaking-requiring job but can barely speak the language, and on top of that, get extremely rude, rolling their eyes at us when they were asked twice to repeat what they said, this becomes ridiculous!!! My mother was shocked with that girl’s sassy attitude!! She didn’t even want to leave this review but I’m going ahead with it to let management know that they need to do better. What was surprising to me was that I saw a similar review about who I’m sure is the same girl, but yet, she still has a job doing the same thing!!!
