Everyone has always been very nice and helpful, when it has ca.e to handling my elderly mother's banking every month. I've never had a single problem at any State Bank Branch!

Used state bank for a few years now. My old employer had the payroll checks threw them so for about two years I would go threw the drive threw and cash them. Well my new employer now makes me so direct deposit. Now the fun starts. First off the app is never right when it comes to the actual dollar amount you have in your account. Second if I have over draft protection and my account is not supposed to let u go into the negative and they did on not one but two accounts and made me go around 300 in the red .. I walked in Friday put 300.00 in my account to pay my bills.went to pay them my account dose not exist my debit card says. Well someone own me 300.00 I am closein my account at 9 am and going accross the street to elgia

The convenience of the connect kiosks is terrific. I no longer rush from work to get to bank to make deposits. Very much appreciated. Judy

My husband and I share a business account here. The ladies inside of the branch are nothing less than amazing!! They are always so vibrant and helpful. The bank in a whole would get a negative from me if it weren't for them. I made a deposit yesterday through the e connect teller. Checked my account after the deposit and the cash was there. My husband is an over the road truck driver. He was able to eat breakfast and get a few necessities. At 7:26pm I checked the account and advised him of the balance so he could make another purchase. At around 9pm he called me and said his card was declined. I checked his account and he was in the negative. The deposit wasn't even showing anymore. I've used my work time today to escalate this issue and am told it would be fixed but not sure when today. That's unacceptable!! Especially when I have the receipt and checked the account myself before the disappearance. I have no time for magic tricks with my money. The scariest thing is that they don't even see the deposit on their end. The account is set up to not allow us to go into the negative. Yet, there's a negative balance. So, if the receipt don't give you a clue the deposit posted, shouldn't the 5 purchases made that wouldn't have been allowed if the money wasn't in the account? Now I'm on hold waiting for them to fix their error. Meanwhile the husband is stuck because of their error. To make matters worst, this is the second time this has happened withing the 6 months of us having the account. When you're in business to hold money for others, it's not a good luck when YOU lose it and have no answer for why.

I have an account since 2002 with The State Bank. I very happy with their services and courteous staff. I have experience dealing with several branches and third staff. I personally prefer The State Bank over large multi state or nation wide bank. Thanks.
