I called ahead to see if a notary was available on the weekend, they said yes, so I showed up an hour before closing on Saturday and guess what? No Notary was there! But it turned out OK because I stumbled on to Nikki, she was only 10 minutes from the UPS store and available weekends and evenings too! Her prices are a third of the cost, (state minimum) and if you have an urgent or tough situation, she handles it.Very professional and friendly.

I sent a package to FL with the correct address and called after UPS said it was delivered and it was not in the recipients hands. It was at the distribution center next to them so I asked the UPS Grand Blanc location to stop it so that the recipient could pick it up. They did not help me. The package came all the way back to MI. The delivery guy from UPS stated that the "recipient denied package" which is in fact not the case because this particular location has a mail room. Needless to say the owner of GB location has not gotten back to me until after I've called multiple times for a week and a half and after he said he was looking into it and would call me back regarding what was going on with the package, did not call back. I called 3.5 hours later and the employee there apologized that he had not gotten back to me and had to call him on his personal phone to get an answer as to what was happening with it.Needless to say he did NOT help at all. No refund for my delivery that did not happen and no help on getting the package back to FL. Do NOT use the GB store. I will drive elsewhere and not utilize this location again. He does not have the customer in best interest and refused to help.

From my own personal experiences. I found in UPS to be more reliable, and faster. I don’t believe I’ve ever met an unpleasant UPS driver. They always seem to be happy and outgoing.

Called and was given a quote based on weight and size. First time mail and first wasn't sure had box big enough or correct stuff to wrap tall 8lb glass vase in. Then didn't answer questions about insurance. But the kicker was $200 to mail a 8lb 33in x 6in tall skinny vase. I bought a box at Fedex, bubble wrap at Walmart and boxed myself better with online ship discount for less than half the cost. Worker was young and friendly but not knowledgeable couldn't even give help or alternatives.

I use this location often for returns and can usually get in and out very quickly. The employees are always expedient, but my recent visit with Rylee deserves 5 stars. I was (for once) woefully under prepared for my return (not Amazon) so I forgot just about everything. She was able to assist me in packing and printing out the shipping label. She got me in and out quickly and had me leaving with a smile. Will return here again for other shipping needs, but certainly this location. Thanks Rylee!!!

They are a return venue for Amazon. Twice now they have lost my return items. UPS says "unfortunately there is nothing we can do". They don't seem to know what they're doing in there, except lose customer's property. They need to slow down and watch what they're doing. I'm out $20 this time because of their incompetence.

I’ve been using this store 1 to 3 times per week for the last 3 years and never once have I had a problem or witnessed any kind of frustration from other customers , don’t listen to the bad reviewers , they do an excellent job at this store !

The last handful of times I've been here it's been less than pleasant. Bunch of young kids working that don't have social skills let alone customer service. She did not know how to prioritize or complete one task before moving on. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting to pay as I watched this young girl help 3 other people. Then could not give me my receipt for drop offs.This store has gone down hill since new management.
