Corey found us a vehicle we wanted in a tough market. The dealership offered a fair trade amount and didn’t try to oversell extras. We were able to pick up our vehicle and be on the road in about 1 hour. I know that took Corey a lot of prep work and we sincerely appreciate it. Also, thanks to Mason for assisting. This was a positive buying experience (our second from this dealership) and would not hesitate to make the 90 minute drive again. Thank you Al Serra!

Bought my very first car, Volkswagen Atlas Crossport, with Kyle and had the best experience I could have asked for. So helpful, looked out for my best interests, and did not make me feel pressured whatsoever. Highly recommend!

Purchased a used Volkswagen from them and has had almost 10,000 worth of repairs in the first 6 months of my daughter owning this not so fine automobile.. at first they felt bad because they missed things or overlooked on their inspection.. but after 3 times of bring it back to them for repairs and having to replace a radiator hose because of one of their "repairs"... i have chosen to take my business elsewhere.You shouldn't charge full professional prices for sub-par work.. this is very sad because we really liked our sales associate and were planning on purchasing our next vehicles from them but .... Not a chance now..

I didn’t think this kind of friendliness and customer service existed outside of very small towns. I guess I was wrong. Lisa and mechanic Dave checked out my car and it’s alarmist dashboard lights and sent me back to Minnesota with peace of mind and no charge!Next time I need a car or even a friend I’m coming here! This transformed my day and my visit to the Flint area. Thank you!!!!

1st time at the service department went fine other than the fact that they ripped the rear bumper off the car and then said we owed $880 to fix it. The second time we went here for an oil change I asked on phone they said they offer courtesy cars, they also have an option online for one, magically they don't offer them in person once you get there for you oil change and tire rotation.

I went to the KIA portion of the dealership for an oil change. What a friendly and great dealership! We were treated with courtesy and respect, and it felt like our business was truly appreciated! They take excellent care of their customers!

They were so helpful and patient with me! I was on a time crunch and was traveling from out of town and they did everything they could to help ease my mind. Sometimes I feel like car places can take advantage of females who do not know much about cars, but I never felt that was the case at Grand Blanc Volkswagen. 10/10!

My first time for Service at VW of Grand Blanc and the service was great. Just an oil change and tire rotation but I was promptly checked in and the Service was completed in less than 30 minutes.

Communication is key..purchased 2 key fobs, they said once they come in we'll call & you can set up an appointment to have them programmed. I did that..imagine to my surprise that there was an additional charge to program the fobs..I was NEVER informed and was not expecting to pay $180 for 20 minutes of service. Not a good look for repeat business!

Unfortunately I am unsatisfied with Volkswagen. I got a 2022 Volkswagen Atlas brand new a little over a year ago. I have spent the last year arguing with Volkswagen corporate and the maintenance department here. Just a few days after I received my Volkswagen i noticed water inside the taillight. So I brought it back, the maintenance department told me they could not repair it because it is a "environmental issue" not a manufacturer issue. Clearly it's a manufacturing issue being that it came from the factory with this issue, probably a faulty seal etc. However Volkswagen absolutely REFUSES to acknowledge it. 1 year later I'm still trying to get them to fix it. The taillight still has water in it and is now growing algae. Please whoever reads this, don't buy a Volkswagen from here. They will do anything to get out of covering warrantied work.

Never again will I use this service. The lady on the phone the day prior has everything explained to her. This goes great. I show early. I'm then told I can not wait for my vehicle to be looked and they company only has two techs on shift and they are behind. They can look pull my vehicle in and it will take several hours to get to before there is an answer. The gentleman I speak is very nice, I'm grateful for his professionalism and honesty.
