Love Walmart I go all the time but I have recently ordered pictures to be printed. They advertise 1 hour photos. I went in after I got a text message that said my photos were ready for PICKUP. They said that my pictures were printed but wouldn't be packaged until the next morning. My mother has gotten pictures from Walmart before and all they put it in is an envelope. I don't understand how hard it could be to grab an envelope and put my pictures in and give them to me right then and there? I also don't understand why I got a text saying they were ready for PICKUP if they were not completely ready?

Shout out to Trent! I hardly ever receive this type of customer service but I did at this Walmart. I was Looking for a fly swatter. Trent stopped what he was doing and gladly walked me to where it might have been. We couldn't find it but he was determined to find me one. He told me it was at the other end of Walmart and as we were walking there he beat me to it and found me and gave me a few to pick one. Now that's excellent customer service. All employees at any store should take classes from Trent!! Thank you for a great employee!!!!

Bottom returns are the worst here had my returns in my car for a month a go every Sunday twice the whole return center was out of order and the other two weeks only one machine was working didn't feel like waiting a hour , today there was 23 people in front of me for the checkout line worst Walmart I've ever been in, store manager should be let go

Who the Hell is Managing the store!!!!!!! So Sunday April 11th at 1:30 in the afternoon have quite a few things need to get picked up at the Walmart. Proceed to the cart section, What's this no carts!!!! so I proceed to the other end of the store once again no carts!!!!!!!!. So I ask the attendance at the front main door? You have no carts in the store at all? So again I ask the attendant is there somebody bringing carts into the store. A proceed to laugh and say oh no there out in the parking lot. Somebody better get this store together I own and run a business and a vast people to stay away from this store it is run very poorly management is not knowledgable at this Walmart

I'm grateful that they are still serving curbside pickup for us customers and they take every Percussion. My order was supposed to be ready between 1&2. At 12:30 I looked at my phone and they were shopping my order. I left at 1 because I had a script to pick up. At 1:15 I get a text from Walmart saying my order is delayed. I was only 5 minutes away from Walmart at the time and had already got my script. So I went to Pita Way across the street and got a gluten free meal to go and went and parked at walmart. I ate. It's 1:45 and nothing. I called customer service who put me on hold for the pick up people. I waited 12 minutes and I hung up and called back. She said to come in and have someone paged from back there that is the only way I can know if they have even shopped my order yet. After a 10 minute run around I finally got a message that my order is ready. It's now 2:31 and I am still waiting for them to bring me my order. I can understand being busy. I could have shopped my order and been home by now but I am still waiting. I won't do a pick up from Grand Blanc Walmart again!
