I had lost a pair of my contacts and I was in dire straits. I am a commercial driver and seeing is a very pivotal part of my job.. I needed some help because my prescription was from another store. Keisha, I hope I'm not misspelling her name, made the proper phone calls and communication necessary to get me in and out of there in record timing and back on the road. It's very pleasant to see when other people go above and beyond to help out a customer.

I lost my glasses and came in to see if I could do anything to get new glasses, a beautiful woman named Kesha helped me and was truly AMAZING. She did everything she could, gave me all my options, called my regular eye doctor and helped me through everything as I could not see barely anything. She was so sweet & I recommend them to anybody and everybody! Thank you Kesha! ❤️

I had a really good experience here. The exam was very thorough. I felt no pressure when it came time to order glasses and contacts. I was given all the information to pick out a great pair of glasses. I will definitely return as the need arises. I recommend to anyone needing an eye exam and the staff was very friendly?

The gals at the vision center are SO HELPFUL. They worked with me to get contacts while I was on vacation and forgot mine at home. It saved me a huge hassle of trying to make my dailies work for a whole week. Highly recommended! THANK YOU!!

Customer service is very poor at this location. My lenses ended up having to be returned, and redone. Go to Burton Walmart, great customer service, and your glasses will have the options on them you paid for.

I have always had the best service here. Everyone is so friendly and nice. I live closer to the Burton Walmart but came back to Grand Blanc because the service has always been great. Keep up the good work.

This vision center was awesome for getting me a walk-in appointment. They did my exam and got me my prescription the same day- Only reason I’m giving two stars is because the staff. They were nice at first but then when I told them I didn’t want to purchase any contacts with them they got an attitude. The one lady helping me was simply, rude, the entire visit. The doctor was new and wasn’t sure what to put on the script. So that made it difficult when I went to America’s Best to order the contacts that I normally wear. I couldn’t get in with America’s Best to have an exam but they said I could bring an outside script in to order what I needed. That was no problem. I got my contacts ordered but!!! Like I said- the doctor didn’t know what to put so we had to call and get the correct script. The same lady who was rude while I was at Walmart was rude over the phone not only with me but with the associate at America’s Best!!! I understand Walmart wants me to purchase with them but they do not carry the brand of contacts I wear!!! So- how can I purchase what they don’t carry with them?? I can’t!!! And she was still rude. I probably will never be back to this vision center.

Wonderful staff and a wonderful doctor. I had a hard time finding the right lenses, but they worked with me and never got upset. It took several trips to get the right one.To all the staff THANK YOU for being patient with me.You are my permanent eye doc!!They all deserve raise !!I went to SVS vision In lake orion prior to , they were rude beyond belief from the start to the finish. Even after I went to get my glasses she walked up handed me the bag and walked away. I never got to see if they even fit.Try the vision center atWal-Mart!ThanksMissy

Vision Center: The lense popped out of one of my frames, and with a 300 mile drive ahead I was pleased to find this place. I met a young man named Toi Walker. He was about as polite, quick, and thorough as anyone I'd come across in quite a while. I felt like I was wearing new glasses when I left. I can't review the store itself, but I can gladly recommend Toi Walker's servces.
