“Absolutely recommend!! Samantha and David are heaven sent! I came in thinking I just needed coolant and asked for help they came and looked and what I would need and they spotted I had a crack in my resiviour!! Instead of telling me there was nothing they could do and send me away they showed me a temp. Fix and helped me apply it. On top of that they also filled my coolant :) the absolute best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a auto store. If I could I would absolutely give them a higher rating then 5 stars.”

“I don’t trust anyone else with my Jeep but this place! I purchased my Jeep in Grandville and 3 months later kept having a start up issue. That dealership kept sending me home with the same issue for 2 months because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I took it to Grand Haven preferred & I could tell the mechanics cared and were experienced. They were finally able to figure out it was a second fuel tank and got me all took care of! I get all of my services there now. They have great accommodations as well with someone willing to drive me back to town for work while they complete my maintenance if needed and a nice waiting room.”
“Good deal on a normal car battery. Unfortunately, when I looked online it showed that my local guy did not have that battery in stock. Turns out it was in but I had to order it online. That was the only way I could get it at the discounted price shown good. Good battery, good guys at the store. Seems like Napa is pushing too damn hard to make us order everything online. I don't like it! I'll be glad when there's more pushback against the overwhelming tide to buy everything online.”

“Earlier this month I was traveling from Illinois to my home state of MI for a very short getaway with my adult daughter. Several hours into the beginning our trip my daughter noticed that dark smoke was coming from our Jeep. For a change, I decided I better not ignore the problem and stopped to determine how serious an issue I was dealing with.
Long story short, we ended up at the Advanced Auto in Grand Haven. Upon entering the store Doug greeted us and asked if we needed assistance with the reason for our visit.
I'm just going to say again: Thanks Doug!
You know the beginning our story. It ended in us being able to complete our 3 day jaunt through a few of our favorite spots and return back safely in time for our busy work schedules. Who would have thought that a memory that will last our lifetime will fixing our car emergency in Grand Haven with Doug.
