“Overall good experience, good salesman, and like the car I purchased. Got a little beatup on the trade but thats the used car business.The car I purchased was missing a door switch and trim plate which I didnt notice until later. The dealership would not make good on it and so cost me around $100 to replace. Also came with only one key and discovered that a second key was over $200.I would recommend Preferred and was happy with my purchase. Just recommend to all to carefully examine your car and request any extras (like a second key) before signing.”
