They have no desire to work with people, here's the banks "policy" and an employee lied and presented himself as the manager, even said he was, but WAS NOT. Not very trustworthy.

Been with chase for 13 years now and never really had any complaints or problems with them, this location is not really busy so you should not have any problems getting assistance and most importantly you won't be waiting in line forever or none of that foolishness.

I have six accounts at this bank, and use it constantly. I could not disagree more with the other review I read here, I've actually closed my accounts at other Banks I had and moved everything to Chase because the branch on Robbins Road in Grand Haven is so fast and easy to deal with. I've had this account for years and have always been impressed how consistently cheerful and helpful they all are. I could not do it, must have great management in place.

I have done a lot of banking with Chase for 20+ years. This is a beautiful branch, but I found the service very slow and unhelpful. I came in a simple transaction and spent over 40 minutes listening to a Chase employee explain to me why he could not help me. I went to another Chase branch later today and they completed the transaction without issue. One and possibly two employees at the branch were either not properly trained or need better customer service skills. Disappointing. Went again today (you'd think I'd learn!) to have a document notarized. The bank employee told me she could not notarize one signature. She explained that she'd have to send a copy of the document to "corporate" to get approval and she only had a little time. We went to the other Chase branch and they helped us in less than 3 minutes. Very poor service, again!

Their notary told me I needed an appointment to see him. My car was the only one in the lot. I know im a greasy mechanic but there is no need to treat me like a d*** yokel. Went to the bank down the street and was in and out in 5 minutes. Felt like a human the whole time too. Closing my Chase accounts as soon as I am able to do so.
