I washed in the car wash, and it stopped... I waited 10 minutes and pulled out. It still hasn't moved. This was Saturday, July 29, around 4:15.I had to pay for the Best Wash twice! $26.I will happily leave a 5-star review as you usually have outstanding self-service.I hope this can be addressed fast.Services: Auto detailing

I've been here several times. Decent carwash and I really like the updates they've made recently. The only problem is getting receipts online because the power washing stations don't give receipts and the touch less was out of paper last time.

I have never been happy with the results of this wash it doesn't get the most basic stuff off, however I still use it because it's conveniently located I just scrub my truck down first , now I have a even better reason to not come here , it decided to spray my truck with soap, shut the door and die right in front of me , so even more money wasted now , oh yeah the contact number to call here has a full voicemail and the one on the kiosk is some weird Google number

I came in for an alignment, after I got the alignment my trucks steering wheel was still crooked, but crooked the other way now, along with my toe being 1.3 degrees off. Shady mechanics!

Simple to use. I love the fact that u can use a card and wash until vehicle is clean — most car wash places have time limits.

Best self serve car wash in the area. You'd think having Soap would be a given, in the cash wash industry. But several of the local ones, ferrysburg, fruitport, even coopersville often do NOT have it., or broken sprayers, etc...We always drive out of our way to go here and use this clean and functional facility.

Always wash always my pick up here when I drove thru the area. My old pick up has some rust and can't go thru brushes. Had a problem one time lost money and didn't get washed. They made it right with just a call. Thanks for the great service.

ONLY WASHES ONE SIDE OF CAR.I've been twice in the last 2 days. Cheap wash in the right lane, and the Works wash in the left lane. Both times it only completely washed the passenger side of the car. The pre rinse flips the arm from passenger to the drivers side. But the wash, wax, etc. no longer does like it used to and only washes the passenger side. I had to come home and finish washing it myself.

I know these guys from other businesses locally. Top notch. They know your name walking in the door. Great recommendation on Nokian all weather tire. So I buy 4. I got home and the next day I found one flat.... I aired it back up and drove right over. They replaced the tire valve in :10 flat. No questions asked. Turns out they received a bad batch of valves, (thank you China...)A+ Service! I give my highest recommendation to this business. You can't go wrong with any of the businesses on Beechtree. It's where locals go...

Really nice self wash car wash. This place has it all and it's clean never a bunch of people there. It also has a touch less car was that works great. If you like cleaning your car your self this is the place!!

I like that you can use your credit cards on some of the car washes and some of the vacuums that makes it helpful when you don't have cash

Great value for the money, gets your ride nice and shiny ? I expected the self service options to be a bit pricy as I take my time but happily they are very reasonable.
