Stood there in the lumber section, watching two dudes move inventory, and they wouldn't even look up at me, even though I'm obviously in need of some customer service. Left after 45 minutes of trying to find someone who would help me. Fuck this place. I'll never go there again.

I was disgusted about all of the dead birds in the Home Depot garden center that are hanging above our heads in nets. The ones that are trapped are stuck with no way out, starving to death. Stay classy Home Depot.

We purchased our carpet from Home Depot and it comes with free installation. We should’ve been skeptical by that, however we figured that Home Depot would be sure to back whatever install job was done. They contract out the installation of the carpet to CFI. We initially got our carpet installed on Sept 2nd. The seams were not done properly, they damaged our freshly painted walls in an area of our home we are renovating. They also damaged our brand new shiplap. CFI said they would pay for the damages and have the install team come back out and fix the seams. The guy came back out, did some “quick fix”, and it was still not right. You could see down into the floor where the pieces of carpet came together. We called CFI and told them we would like the carpet completely redone bc it was still incorrect. CFI said they would order new carpet, it would take 10 days, and then they would come back and re-do it completely. After 11 or 12 days, we had to call them, they never scheduled a new install date for us, and they scheduled us another two weeks out. We called back, got them to come sooner, had the install team come out a THIRD time to finally fix the issue, and they literally just made it worse. The seam is completely showing, the two pieces of carpet look completely different colors. And then after they left, we found a huge gauge in our shiplap. It’s a cut from a knife right across the brand new shiplap. The installation of our carpet has taken over a month now, and it’s still not done properly and they have still not gotten us a check for the damages to our home. I would never recommend Home Depot carpet and installation, or CFI flooring installers to my worst enemy. Worst experience I’ve ever had, and we are just needing them to make it right and move on.

Never buy appliances at the Grand Haven store. They make you wait months for delivery and then ship damaged appliances. The appliances manager Brandon is the absolute worst person to deal with. He is young and very inexperienced in customer service. Home Depot needs to do a better job of selecting department managers.

was too have a delivery on Saturday but never showed after 4 days of calling i finally got a delivery!! the package delivered wasn't even mine !

Ordered a garage door opener install and it has been a nightmare. Do not recommend! They won’t return calls to even schedule the appointment. Frustrated is an understatement when you pay in advance, completely unacceptable.

We purchased a dishwasher on June 19 2029 when the came to deliver they claim our line were not tight we called a plumber nothing was wrong with our line we have been trying since June to get this dushwSher installed and now the person who were tasked to install today claim he wAs running late and then when my Hudband calls corporate in the record they wrote the called numerous times. And no one answered Which is a lie my husband Because he was at hone all day today and he only received that one call he was running late. Just think we paid for the installation. One thing for sure Hone Depot does not follow through when it come to customer service. Never will we purchase anything from Home Depot again

you are not enforcing masks be worn. you have an employee outside counting how many customers are in the store. get a security guard if you have to and enforce this. until you do i will go to Menards who is doing just that. not one person was in Menards without a mask.

as for the actual store it's fine. as for the flooring install HELL NO!!!! THE guys they had come out, not only left r front door wide open (even after Repeatedly telling them to shut the door cause even tho r dog is behind closed doors she will find a way and she will bolt-which resulted in her getting hit by a car!!!!!!!.) they also didnt measure before laying the transition boards down, so now we dont have a bathroom door or a coat closet door(because they cannot close). we have been fighting with them to fix their mistake(cause ya know "they are installers not measurers") and r basically refusing to fix it. it's been almost a month without the doors. the store itself isnt doing anything about this either. so run far away from their flooring unless u r doing the install yourself.
