Horrible customer service!!! The owner and the nail technician talk to me like I was a child. The nail technician gave me a subpar gel manicure and tried to use the same nail tools from the previous customer for my service. Do not come here! They’re rude and unsanitary!

Really amazing place! The people are really sweet and gentle. I got exactly what I asked for and it was only 60$ which is a great price compared to the other places in grand haven that charge around 80-90$ for designs. Thanks GL nails!

Never will I go back here. I came in to get some spring break nails. They over charged for the quality that I got. I had an appointment for 11am, and they didn’t take me back until 11:45, which is fine because they were busy. Once they took me back they were obviously rushing and I could tell that they weren’t going to do good. The acrylic part is very thick, and they cut my nails very short. They also let polish on my skin. My nails also feel like they’re going to fall off.

Great, affordable place to have your nails done. I get a dip every two weeks with Kathryn. She does an amazing job and is great to chat with. Highly recommend!

Very awful. Went there a few times thinking the first time was a fluke. Nails are misshapen, paint job is terrible and messy, skin left unmanicured, and left with bloody cuticles. Worst experience I've had.

Very rushed missing spots. Towels smell awful that are wet and heated for wrapping legs and hands. Very rushed to get you out so not relaxing spa experience. But they are nice.. there's something I guess.

Came in as a walk in looked at a picture of the nails I wanted and did them perfectly. They were beautiful and everyone men and women complemented on them.

Took my daughter and 10 year old granddaughter there for my daughters birthday
they are always great! been going there for years…
Always get you in when other places are booked… it’s just nails (feet and hands)
Their chairs are great!
Very friendly place
So many nail colors ? ??
And Bigbee almost next door to grab a coffee ?

Will not be returning to this salon. Concerned with safety sanitizing procedures. I saw none. No sanitized set of tools brought out to work on my nails. Watched my manicurist drop a sander tool on the floor and pick It up and put it back in the block for use. This salon needs some policy’s on sanitizing and follow through to ensure a safe manicure
