We had a great experience at Haven Animal Hospital. We had to bring our cat in for treatment and decided to give Haven a try. Dr. Baughan was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The clinic also called after our appointment to check on my cat and see how she was doing, and to check if we had any further questions. I highly recommend Haven Animal Hospital and Dr. Baughan!

We visited Haven Animal Hospital while in Grand Haven for the holiday weekend. We had never been there before. The staff was so nice and we received great care. I am grateful they were able to get us in short notice. I would highly recommend Haven!

Took my new puppy there she was 7 weeks old never flinched,cried or yelled! Now I don’t have to worry about her being afraid of them. They are great there!

They were courteous and very good to my dog, the only complaint I have was the half hour wait in the room. They said they were really busy. But if they would not have so many appointments, and have them spaced out more, then maybe people wouldn't have to wait so long.

Staff was very knowledgeable and explained different treatments and cost of each procedure. They were very friendly and seemed to care about getting my dog well. They also check on your baby the next day to see how they are doing. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

They take great care of our dog and we recently had to put our family cat down that we’ve had for 10 years. The process was very sincere and I cannot thank the staff at Haven Animal Hospital enough for helping us through this tough time. I highly recommend using them for all your animal needs.

Our first time here and my Chihuahua is one anxious and snippy guy. He was welcomed and felt so comfortable with everyone there. Our experience was TOP notch and I will be bringing my other pets here from now on.

Our baby passed away today at home, Saturday May 25. She was precious and we wanted to bury her properly. Haven animal hospital answered our call and was able to provide a proper box to fit her. They currently are not our vet (now planning to switch to them), but went above and beyond to help my family and I who are heart broken. Staff were very friendly, caring, and comforting. I couldn’t be more thankful for this clinic in such a hard time. Especially on a weekend. Thanks for genuinely caring. Speaks volumes on this practice compared to others.

I was hesitant to go here because years ago we had a bad experience but I needed to get my yorkie in because she was gaging a lot. The place was friendly and very clean. The vet we met with was personable and very knowledgeable as well. He did not try to oversell anything and cost was not out of reach
