Once when America was great, the Banks worked for the client. Now the client is not interesting to the bank, the bank works for the state and does everything not to give you money. I am a housewife and my husband earns very well, but I was deprived of the opportunity to be independent and fulfill my dream. I will close all accounts in this bank (along with my husband) and never come back. Wish you be safe LTCU.

Don't bother doing business with them, can't cash checks, cant do a money order , no is working when you walk in and sure in the hell can't get them on the phone. I have switch to a different credit union right down the street and I don't have any of these problems.

Like many others have said you can't call your local branch which is incredibly inefficient. Every time I call the main number it's atleast a 30 min wait to talk to someone IF you get to talk to someone. I was told I would have to get called back before and it took them 2 days to reach out to me. Absolutely worst bank I have had an account in.

I had a simple question about a car payment i live in muskegon nearest branch to me is grand haven. I am currently waiting for anyone from customer service to answer ,i called 20 mins ago and currently still on the phone . Sure would be helpfull to be able to call and individual branch. Its like trying to call walmart but haveing to go through a main call center in china to be re directed to your local walmart. Im glad i only have a car loan through them and not my main banking

Tried to deposit some cash, accidentally used the wrong bank card & the ATM malfunctioned & never gave my cash back. I’ve been on the phone with both banks for almost a week trying to get my money back. Calling this place is a 40 minute ordeal every single time & by the end of it I’m told my bank needs to handle it & am given no new information. At this point I’m considering my money gone. I would never recommend this credit union to anyone.

Always greeted with a smile and very friendly. I moved all my banking to this institution because they treat me with respect and as a person and not just an account number like the main stream banks. I recommend this business to all who are looking for a fair deal.

Every time you try and call in ( Grand Haven ) THE ONLY call center is in Lansing...you wait for ever and ever for a person to answer.I am on my 3rd try to talk to a person. You are not able to call your "local" credit union you are. Put into a call center and listen to their music for ever!!!
