What a charming store! Delightful selection of carefully curated clothes, and the staff was friendly and super helpful. Walked out with much more than I intended to buy. Five star experience, and will definitely be back!

I stopped in today after taking a picture of a hat in their window last night. They were closed, but the gal inside was patient and heard my story about how I had sent the picture to my 94 year old mom and she really liked the hat. She was so compassionate and I could tell she was a wonderful person. I recommend Laurel & Jack to anyone who desires an exemplary experience when shopping in Grand Haven, Holland or Ann Arbor! Constantly rotating in new items and each item is specially picked out from Jack herself. Also, if they don't have what u want there cuz its out of stock or not in ur size, they'll check the other stores to get it to u or order it special for u.
