Amazing. I don't think we could've had a better experience than we did with Preferred. Tasi was our salesman, he was kind, knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the buying process. Any concerns we had were taken seriously and resolved quickly. We were able to go with our credit union for financing which was a breeze. Everything worked out and we are happy with our new Traverse. I highly recommend seeing Tasi at Preferred Chevy for your next vehicle.

Came in knowing I needed a new car and didn't expect to leave with a car that night. After test driving a couple vehicles I thought I knew what I wanted and Tasi suggested one I wasn't totally sold on. I ended up loving the vehicle and knew I had to leave with it. Tasi and Brett were both great and worked out a good deal for me. Couldn't recommend enough.Peter in the service department was also very nice, diagnosed and explained all of the issues my original car was having.

Easy car buying experience. It was seamless from initial contact to final delivery in another state. Everyone I interacted with all the way through the process, from beginning to end, was friendly and professional. Would definitely buy from them again.

I had a great experience with Peter. He did a great job in explaining the diagnostic code and how to make sure it is addressed with some updates. He also was able to give me some pointers on how to help ensure my diesel engine stays in tip top shade. Appreciated the time he took and in going above and beyond to explain the issue and to help ensure it doesn't happen again.

DOS: 10/31: the first snow fall of the year. Let me start off by saying that I have always been very pleased with the service here. I have never really had an issue. However this past time, my husband took my car in for me. The original plan was for him to drop my car off, get a ride home so he can use his car while mine was being serviced. So he dropped my car off, got a lift to home. Mind you we live right behind Meijer, so not a far drive. His car wouldn’t start, he got a jump start from a friend: everything was fine. He goes to the Meijer gas station and it wouldnt start again. Tried to get it jumped and it wasn’t working. So he got a lift back to Chevy dealership while my car was being serviced. He called a tow truck to get his towed to the neighboring Jeep dealership. The tow truck shows up, my husband went to the service desk and asked if he could get a lift from the shuttle or someone with a rental car to meet the tow truck driver to tow his jeep. The servicemen said no, everyone is busy and was unable to give him a lift. So now he had no choice but to walk across the street. Not a big deal for a normal sunshining day but it was 10/31 in the nasty weather and snow. So he then Walks back in the snow after dealing with that to still not have my car completed. He asked when my car would be done they said it’s on the lift now, to not have my car on the lift, it was the wrong car. So after that, they Finally got the correct car on the lift and serviced. The car service was fine but the customer service on this day was horrible. See photos for evidence of how “busy” they were to not be able to take 5 minutes to give a guy a lift to the Meijer gas station.

I called in for an appointment and the woman on the phone gave me a 10:00 am appointment. She asked if I was dropping the car off or staying with the car. I told her I was waiting with the car because I was at work and I was not from the area. When I arrived at the facility, the gentleman taking my information told me that the time I was giving was just a drop off time and my car wouldn’t be looked at until about noon and it takes a couple hours to diagnose the car. I asked to speak with the manager because the woman on the phone didn’t explain that. Basically I had to wait for my car in the waiting area. I waited from 10:00 am to 4:00pm for my car to be diagnosed. I’ve seen people come and go all day. Not sure why it took so long but I will definitely not go there again for a diagnosis. My gear shift kept being stuck in park and when they told me it was ready they asked if they could leave my middle console apart so I could move the gear shift manually. No sir! Everything was apart with screws everywhere. When they put it back together and it came time to pay for the diagnostic, they charged me double diagnostic fees. When I brought the car in and they asked what I needed diagnosed I told them the gear shift. They asked was there anything else they needed to look at? (Me not knowing it’s double) Sure I don’t think my fan for my engine is coming on. They charged me for the diagnostic for the fan and another for the gear shift. When I asked the representative why they charged me twice he said “it was actually for the time they spent doing the diagnostic.” So now it’s my fault they took 6 hours to do a diagnostic? I just paid and went on my way. Didn’t have time to argue about the price.

Great service. Dropped my car off Monday,for service on Tuesday. They started working on it IMEDEATLY! Car was ready less than 24 hours. Zach called me and kept me updated every step of the way and escorted me to my car. Very happy car runs great!

My car broke down on me. I got in touch with Alicia, with 2 hours before closing. She hooked me up with a 2024 blazer at and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Great customer skills and knowledge. I’m extremely happy with my new blazer.

We had a wonderful experience with Ryan Myers at Preferred Chevrolet. Ryan did a great job communicating with us throughout our car buying process, and was very knowledgeable and seemed very genuine. Small things made a big difference for us with this experience. For example, Ryan had the car pulled up and ready to go for our scheduled test drive. I can’t tell you how many times we’ve had an appointment for a test drive and the sales person couldn’t find the keys and in one instance, they actually couldn’t locate the car. So working with Ryan was a breath of fresh air for us. When reviewing pricing, Ryan was upfront and didn’t try to sneak in any extra costs to drive up our sales price. On the day we came to pick up the car, everything was ready to go. We signed our names and walked out. It was a quick and painless process. I went to see Ryan last week and told him what I was looking for. Preferred did not have what I wanted but he said he could check other dealers and see if he could trade. Less than a week later he found an exact match more than 300 miles away. He went to pick it up and we closed the deal. If you’re interested in a new car, go see Ryan.

Went in for a basic oil change, i was told the car would be done before i needed it in the afternoon, that was not the case.. i got the car back and the service technician didn’t install the oil cap back in the car which caused my car to leak/spray oil all over the engine bay. Bad service on multiple occasions with this company
