A 1 star is too nice. Worst place ever. No commutation, the girls who answer the phone know nothing, leave voice mail and they are very slow to respond. After a year and a half and what will be 5 transmissions put in the jeep maybe I'll be able to drive it more then 2 months before it breaks again. Warranty company keeps putting used parts in and hoping it works. Dealer won't step up to the warranty company and defend me as a costumer. They sell juck and don't stand behind it.

Overall good experience, good salesman, and like the car I purchased. Got a little beatup on the trade but thats the used car business.The car I purchased was missing a door switch and trim plate which I didnt notice until later. The dealership would not make good on it and so cost me around $100 to replace. Also came with only one key and discovered that a second key was over $200.I would recommend Preferred and was happy with my purchase. Just recommend to all to carefully examine your car and request any extras (like a second key) before signing.

Worse experience every hands down!! They lied about work that was being done, lied about work that was done, had zero parts to show me for the work performed. Physically damaged my rocker, windshield, and scratched paint on front fenders, never cleaned oil or coolant off of anything. Used the car to store engine parts on while performing the service. Nobody in that shop is accountable for anything. Not one update on my vehicle! They received the car on July 7 2023, still doesn’t run right as of September 13 2023 and physical damages have yet to be repaired. Run run far away from this place. And absolutely do not allow David A. Kasper to advise on anything there, very unknowledgeable. I have asked to speak with the owner multiple times but have yet to get anything or anywhere with this terrible customer service.

We buy the bundle oil change and tire’s rotated. We had a problem with a lug nut and I told them they were the last to touch my tires. John was great. Got back to me and said they would take care of it. Definitely will be using them again.

We worked with Roy in purchasing a used Toyota Sienna. He was very knowledgeable and was very accommodating. It was a low pressure experience, allowing us plenty of time to make a decision. He was also flexible with the timing, letting us to take the vehicle to our mechanic to look it over. When we texted him with questions, he would always reply promptly. We’re very happy with the process and our purchase!

I was pleased with Preferred services when I had my car from the Preferred body shop. It was professionally reworked and my car appeared as I had from a dealer where I had purchased it. Thank you for great services. Is tough to get hold of customer service when you call their line, but I can say they are excellent. Be their customer.

They have the worst service. Fiend brought a car to fix the motor. Comes back with his car completely messed up on the body of the car. Chips all over the windshield, things weren't put together properly. Oil all over the car. Don't go the worst place to go. Had the car taken a part with no progress done for almost 2 months. It's ridiculous!

I'm very pleased with the results of the repair. My van was sparkling clean, tires were even shined. Friendly staff. The email status updates were appreciated. I would recommend.

My cooling system went out. And I had it towed to another repair place.After 6 days nobody looked at my car.I called Preferred Chrysler and explained my problem. They had it towed to their facility. Within 3 hours had a quote for service. Vehicle was finished by the end of the next day.Great place!

While I have not bought a jeep here, yet, I did work with Isaac via messages and to test drive a few and especially for being new he was awesome. Great to work with and top notch customer service. Whoever hired him did good and he will be a great asset to the company. Only 4 stars due to thinking they might be a little over priced but I will continue to work with Isaac he made it a great experience even though I did not buy yet. I'd recommend going to see him 100%

Beware that they will service your vehicle by appointment and do an adequate job. Advise that you do not give phone number or email. They will pester you with even more zeal by email and text message. I'm not sure how long this goes on, but I am in day 3-4 and have received several emails and numerous text messages reminding me to leave a review/feedback. I did pay for the service, but they maybe think that they did me a huge favor. Maybe they forgot that and think I should be over the moon. I'm not. Adequate service, business like people, but certainly not anything over and above. Please stop pestering people!
