Everything looks great. I really appreciated that Caitlyn looked at the tires and noticed missing caps on two tires. Nobody has ever done that before. (It was something my husband would have noticed and been upset about but Caitlyn took care of it promptly.) I appreciated her special attention to detail.

Great Ford dealer. The wiper arm on my F-150 broke in the middle of a snowstorm while we were driving through Grand Haven on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, midway through a long road trip. The techs had already gone home for the day, but the service manager and parts manager grabbed a replacement arm and had it installed in under two minutes. Twenty dollars later—with warm smiles and genuine holiday cheer—we were back on the road. They turned what could have derailed a 10-hour drive into a complete non-event. Highly recommend.

I bought my truck from preferred knowing it would need some work. That being said I specifically had it brought back to service to check a rattling noise and was told it was not a turbo. I figured it was and I was right. Turbo was on the verge of blowing. Alternator went out 1 week after buying the truck. Very poor experience here.

Stopped in just by chance to look at trucks today. 1st person I talked with was Diego Morse. He took a test ride with me then we talked price and trade in. He was extremely helpful and pleasurable. Needless to say, I left my car and drove home in a truck. Very nice experience

Good honest pricing with staff who took the time to answer my questions and go over the new vehicle features. I felt very comfortable in the transaction and when I drove away.
Recently had their mobile service come out for a software update. The technician was on time, and did the vehicle check and update in a timely manner. Very nice staff and impressive service vehicle. Great service.
