Our boat broke down in Sturgeon Bay and we landed at the Quarterdeck. It took us a few weeks to find the right part and get going again. During that time, the folks at Quarterdeck were courteous, patient, and helped keep an eye on our boat.Quarterdeck has great, clean facilities. It's a pretty easy walk to a couple of restaurants and town isn't that far afield. All in all, not a bad place to get stuck for a little while. Thanks for your patience and keeping an eye on our boat!

Damaged my boat in storage. Put it in the water prior to confirming with us. Now Jeff and his crew at Skipper Buds Grand Haven are denying that it's even possible to happen in their facility. Avoid them at all cost as they just want your money and that's it. Place is a joke and now reading through some of the comments I should have know better.

To the owner of the 288 Searay Vista: We drove over three hours to look at your boat. We had called during the week and told the salesman Jeff McGeorge we were coming up and even talked to the financing guy Mike and had everything ready to go. Upon arrival we were told that the boat was not onsite ( that's ok only 10 minutes away) but was told that they were to short staffed to show us the boat (We told them we would be there Saturday at 10am!) They said that they had lost several staff members and it was only a few of them there and could not go offsite to show us. We walked out! Why would we buy a boat from people like this. We even reminded them that we drove three hours. Half way home we get a voicemail they found our appointment, his bad! Its OK we drove to lake St. Clair and bought a SeaRay Sundancer from Temptation Yacht Sales the same day!By the way three weeks later, the boat is still listed on the website!

They go out of their way to help you and are about more then just selling a boat. They take it above expectations in the full experience before during and after.

The sales and service departments are great to work with. They have been very helpful answering any questions we have about the boat we bought. They still are helping us with any needs and it's been 4 years now. We would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a boat or fixing the one they own.

Purchased a brand new boat. Admittedly it wasn’t the most expensive option they sold but brand new all the same. Came with an absolutely unacceptable amount of chips and damage to the gel coat and other interior and exterior damage and flaws. They told me all spring that they would get to it... nothing.

Was not pleased with the customer service. We purchased a boat at the Grand Rapids Boat Show our sales guy there was great, but only to learn he was from Wisconsin. We had to deal with the local dealership, which kept us in the dark. No one ever reached out to us, I was constantly contacting them. Our purchase was not done correctly the first time so there was a huge delay. I was promised a store credit for our issues and did not get it....not surprised. I would go somewhere else!!!

Wouldn’t you know my boat decided it needed a new impeller right at the start of the holiday weekend and nicest day of the year. All other boat service shops are scheduled out 4-6 weeks. Skipper Buds squeezed me in and fixed the problem and got me and my family back on the water same day. Super friendly staff, solid boat mechanics and management. (Rick Williams)They have my highest recommendation and will get 100% of my business moving forward.
