This staples location is a disappointment, at best. The customer service is terrible. If you choose to spend your money here understand that if you need further assistance with things like exchange, warranty help, trouble shooting etc. from an expensive product (like printers, computers) you are on your own with that. They're not interested in doing what's best for the customer, so my suggestion is to shop at any of the other home office shops in the area. This one will likely leave you feeling frustrated!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! No stars. Purchased a $400 printer that broke just after the its 5th printing assignment. Since I did not purchase the $80 protection plan they refused to do what was right by the customer and accept an exchange, even after I offered to buy the old protection plan and a plan on the new one. I once worked for Staples and know that they can accept exchanges like this. Completely unfriendly service and disrespectful communication. There are so many better options for supplies in the area. Buyer beware

Quick and accurate printing department. If you are shopping for Back to School items their pricing is unbeatable. Would have given them 5 stars but I used to work there and I'm bitter about it.

Horrible service. No urgency to do much. 9 pages to print takes 25 hours. When asked if it can be made available sooner they said they can cancel the order with no problem. Customer Service with a drive to do ones job really shouldn't be difficult.

I’m now inclined to write a review after my experience tonight. Grand Haven, Not much different than my experience in Muskegon. What do people even do there???? 4 people behind the counter, and only one person at the register with 3 people in line. After waiting in line with my three children I finally get to the register to pick up my pre-paid Christmas cards and she wants me to get out of the line to go stand right next to her (at the same counter) to go ask one of the other three people who aren’t doing anything for my Christmas cards when the other three people can clearly hear me and see that I have been waiting there for sometime. I understand that I was standing 6 feet from the wrong spot of the same counter that I was supposed to be at, however I think it is pretty absurd someone can’t just say “I’ll be happy to get your Christmas cards for you. Thanks for choosing Staples”What is wrong with people?What made me even more frustrated tonight is the same thing happened to me about three weeks ago when I was in Muskegon Staples buying dry a race markers. Stood in line while only one person checked out a line of 6 people while no one else was being productive on site.Seriously Staples be real humans not robots.

Let’s just say that I found my experience ridiculous tonight just picking up some prepaid Christmas cards. After waiting in line to get to the register she wants me to get out of line to walk around all the COVID register ropes to a spot at the same counter 6 feet away. I think people are turning into robots and not being compassionate human beings. I don’t want to go back there. I can’t watch 1 person working a register with 3 others there behind the same counter and no other people waiting any other spot at the counter. Seriously Staples You can do better. I think you can just hand me a box of paid cards no matter what area of the counter I’m at.

I called in to have a 18x24 sign printed. I had a small graphic that would’ve been blurry to enlarge. Staples told me they could send it out to have their pro clean it up for a fee, but then refused to take a credit card over the phone. Said I had to drive all the way there to pay. I went on to vista print’s site and when I uploaded the graphic, it auto-cleaned it up instantly, and I placed the order instantly for 1/3 the price...

My husband went in to pick up his order and couldn't because you tried to force him to wear a mask. He has a lung condition and is unable to wear one. It is unconstitutional to force someone to wear a mask. It is not a law like people think it is, and is not written in our constitution. Its not our fault the governor is violating out 14th amendment. We will take our business elsewhere.

Horrible service - no service without mask even with medical exemption. Apparently these stores only read part of the order. The taste of bad service will last much longer than a mask mandate. Local print shop more than happy to accommodate.

I don't recommend this store, it's worth the drive to the Muskegon staples if you want to get stuff done on time. Was getting something laminated It wasn't a rush at the time so it took me about a week to get to the store. They called me twice during the week to let me know it was completed. Got there and it was not laminated. I was told that the paper was to thin. I also had another item that I brought with me that I needed laminated and they told me they were to busy and did not have time. There were no workers working on anything so they couldn't have been that busy. I didn't put up a fight I just left went to the muskegon staples, who were very nice. I had everything completed and out the door in 25min.
