Not clean, took forever for online order, didn’t toast either of my subs. I even double checked my receipt to make sure it said toasted and it did.

How do you forget to toast 2 subs when it clearly states to in the instructions.

I asked not once but twice if mayo and honey mustard were put on my sandwich (as I did not see him do it) and he said yes each time. Sorry but I’ve never had a sandwich from Subway with condiments put on my meat before and not on my bread so I never saw the tiny bit until I got home. I rarely eat here, rarely complain. He was not a very good employee imo whatsoever.

Absolutely terrible experience. Saturday afternoon at around 3:48, I ordered food from this Subway for delivery. I didn't choose contactless because we've had trouble with that in the past. The website said that the delivery ETA would be 4:14. At around 4:25, we still didn't have our food so I checked the website and found out our food was delivered at 4:04. We have two front doors, one under a covered porch, one downstairs in the open. We found the food in front of the uncovered door sitting in a puddle. Then we bring our half-frozen food upstairs (It was snowing this morning). The order was wrong. My husband got a club (ham, turkey, and roast beef). No roast beef, but bacon instead. I called and was lied to about it being this store. When I had definitive proof it was this store and called back, Elliot hung up on me after I got a bit snotty about the lie. I didn't even get to the real complaint. I tried to call corporate customer service only to find out that they're all digital on customer complaints I.e. they'll just ignore it. Just terrible all around. Don't trust this Subway for delivery. They suck. And yeah, thanks Elliot!

I haven't been to a Subway in a long time, and I decided to give it another try. I used their website to place an order, due to the pandemic and the fact that dining in was not allowed. I never see anyone at this location, so I wasn't even sure how you could go about ordering if you just walked into the restaurant. The person who waited on me was pleasant enough, but she was not wearing her bandanna/mask. It was underneath her chin the whole time she spoke to me across the counter. That made me very uncomfortable. I did not realize until I got my order home that there were no chips in the bag. When I placed the order, they gave options for first cookie and second cookie. My thinking was that the second cookie choice was in the event that the first cookie was not available at the store. I chose the same cookie for both options and also chose chips. I was prepared to pay extra if I needed to, just in case I accidentally got two cookies and wasn't supposed to. I placed a call to Subway and the person who waited on me said I could come back and pick up some chips. I told her that I did not want to leave the house again that night and would be there the following Monday. She told me she would leave a note so that whoever was working on Monday would give me the chips. About 20 minutes later, she called me back to say that there were no chips on my order, despite my choosing them as an option. She had given me two chocolate chip cookies instead of the M & M I ordered because they did not have any M & M cookies, but I was not told that had anything to do with the chips that I ordered. I was led to believe that I received an extra cookie because they didn't have the kind I wanted. After a bit of discussion, she reiterated that I could come in at my convenience and pick up some chips and she would just say that it was it was her fault the order was incomplete. I know she was trying to be magnanimous and I appreciated that. Fast forward to the next week...I ran into Walmart to do some shopping and on the way out I stopped at the restaurant. I immediately explained the purpose for my visit and the person behind the counter was very rude. She said I was not entitled to anything free no matter what her coworker had stated. She seemed to think I was just trying to get something for nothing. I thought Subway would be happy to correct the mistake which was likely a computer glitch. To me, giving someone a couple tiny bags of chips wouldn't have hurt the company and would have gone a long way towards good customer relations. I will never go to that Subway again, nor will I go to the one located on Beacon Boulevard, because they are owned by the same person/franchise. My thinking is that if they allow such incredible disrespect towards customers, and don't care that their employees violate mask mandates, they don't deserve my money.
