Two strikes and they are out. I’m never coming back. The two times I came here they didn’t give me what I asked for either time. I was Very disappointed but thought that I’d give them the benefit of the doubt since it was a different perso the second time doing my nails. The second chance was my mistake but I won’t ever make that mistake again. Each visit they made multiple mistakes and never gave me what I asked for. Ugh it was a nightmare. The results, miscommunication and overprice to only paint my nails the second time was the last straw. They charged me like I was getting fake nails with hand painted designs on them. I’m sorry but save yourself some money and don’t come here!!!!Services: Dip powder

I will not be going back :( I got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure and the pedicure is fine, but my nails are not good. They were starting to work on my nails while I was getting my pedicure which was great for getting me out quickly, but MY NAILS ARE CROOKED.The polish isn't great but I got white so it may be more noticeable. They also BURNED my skin trying to take nail polish off my skin from a mistake I made. The service was kind and efficient but for how bad my nails look and how bad my skin hurts I can't go back.Services: Acrylic nails

Lynzi is the only person I recommend doing your nails here, otherwise don’t even bother going Fr! Lynzi is the only one who will do exactly what you want and she does it amazingly! Everyone else… not so much.Services: Acrylic nails

I got a pedicure and a manicure. The pedi was good, but the manicure is AWFUL. She did a horrible and sloppy job. There are lines on my nails where she didn’t do a full second coat. She missed part of my nails, and the polish didn’t even fully cover in some spots. I definitely won’t be back.Services: Manicure

The service was pretty quick and very well done! I got a full set acrylic french tip for $65. The nice lady that did them (I didn’t catch her name, unfortunately) was gentle but cleaned off my cuticles without me even feeling anything! The new management is a lot easier and friendlier to work with.Service: Acrylic nails

I have gotten my nails done by just about every employee at TY, and have never once been disappointed! They take their time, do an amazing job, and are the sweetest ladies ever! They truly care about quality & detail, I have nothing but great things to say! Also, they keep the shop SO clean, which is uncommon with other shops in the area. I look forward to my appointments here :)If you’re looking for an amazing new nail tech, TY is your place to find one!Services: Manicure

I recently went to this establishment to use a $50 gift certificate which was given to me in January of 2022 (expired in July of 2022) for a birthday gift. I don't regularly get my nails done and I was going on vacation so I splurged and got a mani/pedi because I had a gift certificate. The service was great, the employees were great, my nails turned out exactly how I had asked. Everything up until payment was 5/5. I was extremely disappointed when I was told they were not going to accept my gift certificate because it was purchased before "management switched." The best they could offer was a $25 gift card for my next visit. Needless to say for this reason, I will not be coming back. I was very upset as my gift certificate was for this establishment (same business and location just new management and it wasn't expired) I think the right thing would've been to honor that gift certificate. There was no sign anywhere or post on their Facebook saying that the new management wouldn't be accepting gift certificates from previous management. I never would've gone if I didn't have the gift certificate. The upsetting checkout experience has overpowered the good service I had, and left a bad taste for me that now whenever I think or hear of this business, it will be in a negative way. I will not be recommending this salon to any friends, family or coworkers.

I was very satisfied with the outcome of my nails. The new owners are doing a great job! She went above and beyond in providing me with with a stellar outcome on my tips. I'm super picky and am new to this area and trying out many salons to fit the quality that I am used to. This place did a great job doing so. The only complaint that I have was that I was charged a bit more because my natural nails were longer....I have not experienced this before. Normally, as long as they didn't need to put on tips for broken nails or extensions, there was no additional charge on dip...but I was caught off guard being charged more for my nails being long.
