I hate being a hater but goodness gracious customer service was terrible from this one employee. Went in and waiting in line and she had a terrible tone already when talking to us about needing help and being in line, obviously it doesn’t seem too bad when writing it but the way she was speaking to us was not kind 👎. Then the $4 tape smh😔but that’s beside the point. Maybe she was upset bc we didn’t ring the one bell to get help but idk. Also maybe she was having a bad day but I wasn’t and I went there with a smile on my face and left in a mood as bad as she was in. Also we went to USPS instead of UPS but thank the Lord UPS was actually kind to us 🙌🙏🙏🙏

I hate, hate, HATE, that they won't even tape a package for you. Like really? You need me to buy a 5$+ roll of tape for 6 inches of the stuff? I would rate higher if the staff was at least friendly but it's honestly a 50/50 chance of whether you'll get someone who seems like they enjoy their job or someone who looks at you as if you're an inconvenience to them. So frustrating. Literally the second star is only coming because there is at least 1 staff member that makes visits here enjoyable.

Counter clerk refused to look for a package as there had also been no mail main down my street all day and with also having letters in the to be sent out so I know there was no mail man. He refused to believe there was no one on the street. and would also not look for my package.

Rude rude rude. I have my mail held just for family and I get the new residence mail too. I put in change of address and still have to go pick up my mail instead of them sending it to new address

Guy at the counter was extremely dismissive and rude. I got a notification that there was a package delivered there and he told me they wouldn't look for it. I asked to speak to someone else and he said no. I than (after he helped 2 other people who just walked in) asked for a manager. The manager looked for my package.
