“Every question is answered thoroughly. This is my first dog and I’m positive I have asked silly questions out of fear but I have never once been spoken down to. Options are provided and walked through. I appreciate knowing upfront what it will cost to cover my canine loved ones needs - it greatly reduces the stress of an already stressful time. Everyone at the office is knowledgeable and incredibly kind. Truly - if it can be said about a vets office *chefs kiss*.
