I had the best customer service tonight with Trisha and Melanie. After a few different visits to other pharmacies, where I either had poor customer service or the prescription I needed was not in stock, those two ladies were very helpful! Even walking with me over to the over the counter options to help me find something in the mean time to help with my issues. At this point it didn't look like my prescription was going to go through. It finally did and they were quick go call me, even thought they were closing. Thank you so much ladies! I was physically in pain but you two made the that trip pain free! If you would accept trucare insurance I would definitely be using you as my pharmacy! Thanks again!

I was having a really bad day a few months back- my dog was diagnosed with heart failure and was given until Labor Day to survive. I was questioning everything- from the food I gave her to the medicine she was taking. Recently she had been switched to a different color of pill than the usual white. I went in and talked to the pharmacy techs to verify that we had the correct medicine.The summary was that we did have the correct medicine but the distributer had changed. Because my dog was in such a fragile state I asked if we could get medicine from the original distributer (just in case). Matt and the pharmacist went above and beyond the call of duty and found the medicine with the correct distributer.Thank you Matt, I really appreciate you guys.

They really need to take turns taking lunch, because I have came to pick up a prescription while they were closed and I can’t wait 40 minutes to an hour just to get a prescription. I had to leave and come back another day to pick up my rx, delaying treatment.

These are some of the rudest women that work here. I have always had great service at other walmart pharmacies but not here. I have gone twice now and while I am waiting in line I witness the women here rolling their eyes in customers faces, getting frustrated at customers over the simplest things. They have done it to me both times I have picked up my sons medicine. They act like you are inconveniencing them to do their job. Definitely looking for somewhere else to go!

I use Walmart pharmacy for myself and both of my parents! I have never had a bad experience with any of the team members they are very professional and helpful! They review any new meds with me before I take them and answer any questions I have about medication that was prescribed for me or my parents! I find them very easy to work with! Once you have given them your insurance information and doctor information they can contact your doctors office for you for refills of a prescription and explain what meds are covered under your plan! Keep up the Great work!

I have used Walmart as my pharmacy for over 20 years. Their customer service is excellent, their prices are fantastic, and their refill system is outstanding. I've never had a bad experience.

I've never had a bad experience here until I encountered pharmacy tech Matt today. He couldn't find my script in the system and took it out on me. Kept telling me I didnt have anything there, I didnt have the right phone number, didnt have the right birthdate, cut me off when I tried to show him the text that it was filled last night and ready for pickup. Low and behold....he found the script under the name phone number and birthdate that he so rudely told me I had given him in error!! When I told him he didnt need to be so rude he said I was the rude one. Right in front of other customers in line. Very unprofessional Matt. You need to be retrained and if you cant control yourself when you make a mistake maybe look at a profession that doesnt involve you dealing with customers ?♀️

The store is clean and well stocked but the employees are rude. One of the cashiers by the name of Sherri is HIV positive and has nasty lesions and sores on her arm. I made a comment about her touching my food items with her lesions exposed and she proceeded to call me out of my name and became very loud and rude. The customer service manager said that she would talk to the cashier and also the store manager. Very disrespectful.
