Brought my chainsaw here after giving up on trying to fix it myself. Even though this is a car parts store the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They diagnosed the issue and referred me to the proper business to get it fixed at. I cannot express how professional and knowledgeable the people here are. I would absolutely come here again and recommend them to friends.

Genuine car guys that are incredibly knowledgeable. You can't get this level of service from just anyone in town. Most places just want to sell you everything they have, or even argue with you on what vehicle you own, whereas the guys down at Car Quest are great with answering questions, with proper answers!

Carquest in Grand Ledge has been my to-go auto parts store for many, many years. The staff really know their stuff and will spend the necessary time to help you out. Grand Ledge has so many auto parts store but Carquest is the one.
